A Restaurant by Any other (French) Name…“Chez David” is in the space where “Flying with Jerome” used to be. Most everything is the same as under the old owner. Unfortunately, they need to work on service. The staff is confused and scattered seemingly without direction. We experienced a mixed-up order and so did our neighboring table.As for the food, it’s pretty good. My Egg, Bacon and Cheese Croissant was good. The accompanying fruit cup was all melon and a bit of pineapple—the cheapest fruits. We also had a Chicken Ciabatta Sandwich which was also good, but nothing special. The lattes were good.My biggest disappointment was the almond croissant. I had hoped that David would do better than Jerome, but it looks like he’s using the same recipe. The result is an overly soggy croissant. The chocolate croissant looked better, and I’ll get that if we return.

This place is INCREDIBLE. The food was fresh, beautifully crafted in flavor and presentation. David is a gem- we could tell this is a joyful passion for him. We could not be happier, and then - good gracious the amazing pastry counter. Every peice is a work of art!!! I'm so excited we found this place and I HIGHLY recommend it!! We will be back!!!

Our experience at Chez David was quite enjoyable. I appreciated the light and delicate flavoring of the Salmon Croissant and the salad that came with it. If you’re expecting a heavy dose of cream cheese plastering your experience, this isn’t the place for you. My wife also really enjoyed her egg, bacon, and cheese croissant. David and his wife are quite pleasant and he’s quite willing to engage in easy conversation (if prompted). I might add the pastries are pretty darn good too - light, full flavored, and fluffy as well.

***This was for Flying with Jerome***Amazing! Waitress was so sweet. Chef brought out our piping hot food. Ham and cheese quiche and French onion soup were five stars. Brought some pastries home to try. Seek this gem out!

Such a delicious taste of France here in Florida! David and his family were so friendly and provided amazing, attentive service along with our freshly made, authentically delicious lunch. The pastries are beautiful and tasty, too! We even got to practice our French a little. We are always on the lookout for authentic French food and Chez David is definitely our new favorite spot!Kid-friendliness: A clean and casual spot with great food options for our little ones.
