A little pricey, but you can't find fresher fish. Red snapper we got was very good!

There are several Frenchy’s Restaurants on Clearwater Beach. We tried several. They were all excellent as far as food and staff. I’m not the greatest when eating fish out where I don’t have control over the preparation but their fish was fresh and expertly prepared. You have to try the Grouper for sure. A delightful experience.

I believe we’ve eaten at all the Frenchy’s and this is definitely one of them, the food is always good and this location has boat parking, which makes it very convenient when you’re out on the water. There were six of us and we all enjoyed our meal. Price is what you would expect from eating on the water and the food is what you would expect from eating at Frenchy’s, always good.

Food was not worth the price, last place we ate at on our visit and we were very disappointed. Service was ok but the food was just not worth the cost - burger was not as ordered, ice cold, very small. We were disappointed because of what we had heard people say.

Frenchy's is the real deal. They have 6 fishing boats and provide fresh fish to 12 local restaurants. On their recommendation we purchase grouper and mahi-mahi. We watched them clean the fresh fish while they answered every question we asked. It was a wonderful visit.

Get the she-crab soup--delicious. Good foodand fun atmosphere. We visited the Frenchys on the beach twice because we really liked the food.

We thought this place must be good because of the reviews and lines outside. However the drinks were weak, grouper was dry, and the waiter rushed us. Not going back. You are basically paying to dine with a view and feet in the sand.

Four of us ate at the Frenchy'y on Clearwater Beach. The service was great, the ambience was satisfactory, but the food left a bit to be desired. The Grouper sandwiches were four ounces on a rather large bun, The fish was overcooked and dry. Three meals were nothing special. Three of us agreed we would not order this item again. The 'fish' soup seemed to be a collection of leftovers - needing some direction or flavor. BUT the Grouper cheeks were outstanding, they were fried in a rather light batter, were very moist and wonderfully tasty. The Grouper cheeks alone would get me back to this spot, Take a shot at this place, but be careful what you order..,

We visited both Frenchy’s restaurants on Clearwater Beach .We ordered the sesame, tuna seared and the grouper sandwiches. They were fantastic no wonder this place is crowded all the time but it’s worth eating there. The beverages were good but we were Porter and stout beer drinkers and they didn’t have either one on tap.

Sadly we had one very rude server Dee Dee very rude unhelpful and totally unprofessional. Thankfully on our return we had a fab waitress who was very caring and helpful. Good food lovely location.

Super fresh, Super tasty fish! Staff friendly and willing to answer all questions. Only regret is we didn't get more! Don't forget to bring cash. Will definitely be back!

This night in November 2007 we sat at this awesome establishment on the Eve of our wedding! Now, 15 years later we are reliving that night through pictures and happy memories. Thanks Frenchy’s , your staff and customers for being a part of our lives!
