No freaky fast delivery!! Placed order at 5:28pm. Called at 6:00pm as tracker still showed "order received". Was told that there was only 1 driver....we are next. 6:40pm, no food yet. I called back and was told there's probably traffic...I said I live 7 minutes away and it's been 30 minutes since tracker said it was out for delivery. I asked to cancel order and refund my money. Thomas the manager said he would cancel and we'll see refund in 5-7 days. 6:57pm driver stilled showed up after cancellation with chips and cookies, no subs....good thing we already made alternate arrangements for dinner. Absolutely ridiculous.

The food here is good like all Jimmy John’s. And my food is accurate as ordered. But this is not freakishly fast. It’s incredibly slow. This location seems to be mismanaged and they need to hire more delivery drivers or be clearer about the time needed for delivery.

Well I'll never go to this location again. Been here a few times and each time it just gets worse. Forget doing delivery unless you want to wait an hour. Horrible location. My order was placed at 6:06pm and the order was supposedly delivered yet I'm still standing here at 7:00pm.Just called at 6:53pm and was told "oh I'm the delivery guy I had two orders I had to deliver before you." Click well guess what I'm still standing here at 7:00 pm and I'm literally 5 min away. Oh look at that I finally got my food. No apology or anything. Oh and my order was wrong.

Then at 6:45ish the website said it was delivered which was a lie. Then attempted to call them back and No one answered. My husband then called and imagine that they answered. Must be screening calls. Was told again it was on way. Now it is 7 and still no delivery of food. Attempted to call again with no answer.Food finally arrives at 7:05 driver never once acknowledged us nor even apologized for how late the delivery was.I am a manger and if all of these employees were mine every one of them would be fired. This is horrible customer service and unacceptable.What happened to accountability?!

I have had delivery here multiple times, and I have gone in the store. Multiple times in the order is always messed up weather It’s delivery or ordered in store. The bread is always soggy. Will not be back to many times!

I have never been so angry with fast food service. I placed an order at 12:09 pm for lunch. The order didn't say out for delivery until 12:55!!!!! When I called the restaurant at 1:42pm for the status of my order, the man in the background said "I delivered that a long time ago" I did not get a notification that food was delivered, as I have the jimmy tracker on the app. It was sitting at the back door for 47 mins!! It was so soggy. I called the store to resolve the issue and spoke with Heather who was so unbelievably rude. She declined my refund request. When I said I am going to write a review She said it was fine & to go ahead. She said I could speak with her general manager Michaela in 30 mins. 40 mins pass & I call and speak with Rebecca who said Micheala is busy. I explained to Rebecca how unsatisfied I was & requested a refund. She said no. I requested to speak with Micheala and she said she's dealing with another issue and is unavailable. Rebecca said "you can try to call back at 8pm tonight when we aren't so busy, Micheala still has to do inventory today" I order from Jimmy John's almost every week at my house, I never will again. The disrespect & lack of sympathy is concerning. I did not once receive an apology until I told Rebecca I would write a review. They were all helpless. I usually never write reviews or complain but this is so disgraceful. My coworker and I didn't even eat our food. It was sopping wet from how soggy it was. Rebecca also complained "we are short staff and i only have 2 drivers" ...in that case don't make deliveries an option. Most importantly, don't argue with the customer and create excuses and withhold them from their right to a refund and do so in such a rude manner. I'm so disgusted by the lack of service, truly they are stealing from the customer. They couldnt resolve my issue at the store so I had to resort to reaching out to corporate from their lack of concern. Do better.
