Really bad boba, they didn’t even soak the boba so it wasn’t soft. The tea was too sweet.

ZERO STARS... Employee was a young, brown haired girl who looked high. She was on her phone the whole time. She had her pointer finger (fake nail portion) in her mouth while I was ordering. She then grabbed our cups and grabbed 2 Oreos WITH HER BARE HAND and pit it in my cup. I immediately called her out and said you need to wash your hands before you touch my food. She says ohh I wash my hands and put on gloves. I said well you have touched my Oreos before you did any of that. She then dumped out the Oreos on the counter. I told her to get a new cup too. She then put gloves on but did not wash her hands. She was pushing up her sweat shirt with those gloves on so it didn't matter. She proceeded to try to tell her friend what I called her out on. It is attached to a 24/7 open bar and had SEVERAL encounters with a drunk guy. Needless to say we left immediately! DO NOT GO HERE...EVER!!!!!!!

I was very disappointed when we walked in the workers were sitting around playing games and not even in the kitchen they were also very inappropriate asking us inappropriate questions. They also took 45 minutes to make you rolled ice cream very bad service making us uncomfortable would not recommend!!!!

I went here with some of my friends for a treat while visiting FL. We were very disappointed... When you walk in, it is dark and dingy and looks to be similar to a bar or club. The employees were sitting around not even in the kitchen and were playing games. One of the employees kept giving my very pretty friend inappropriate, flirtatious looks. He was a 30 something year old man. We are teenagers and the employees were staring at us and asking us our ages and if we were staying here alone. Unacceptable behavior. The ice cream took a long time to make for 4 orders. They said that they ran out of Nutella AND brownies. We will not be going back.

Boba looked like it was kept in the freezer and felt like eating orbeez, weird white particles floating. Taro looked brown,(supposed to look purple) Thai tea looked brown too(supposed to look orange). Seemed like it was made with artificial flavors and no real ingredients was used

Boba was so hard plus overpriced. $8 for a large bubble tea is ridiculous, especially when half of the cup is filled with ice! There wasn’t even a lid on the cup. Also, the building was poorly lit and all the TVs were turned off so I didn’t even know what was on the menu. Overall, a terrible experience and I would never go back.
