There's multiple reasons I pass this Taco Bell and go to the one farther away. For some reason I took a chance and I went there last night, Google says their open till midnight. Huge line in the drive thru, probably ten cars. I got in line, 10:02pm. Line moved so slow. I'm finally two cars from ordering, and their menu light turned off, I looked at the time 10:30pm. I hear the car trying to order in front of me say confused, "you're closed?!" I got out of my car, confirmed they were closed, then had to tell everyone behind me their closed, and we need to back up to leave. Spent 30 minutes waiting in line for nothing.

This is the worst KFC !! I have eaten KFC my whole life.. The chicken tenders were definitely spoiled meat they had that rancid taste. Mashed potatoes tasted like water and the gravy had strange brown blobs in it...Only thing that I was able to consume was the Pepsi...lol...seriously don't go here just keep driving...

I've been here several times. The people behind the counter are always rude. They always forget the sauces, forks, etc and everything is behind the counter so you have to wait. Chicken tenders are way too salty. There are better locations nearby.

I'm door dashing and as I pulled up to the window this is how my conversation went.Employee: hi just to let you know we are only doing online orders.Me: that's fine. I'm here for doordash.Employee: oh. Well if it's for taco bell I can't complete it.Me: nope it's for KFC.Employee: I meant to say if it's for KFC I can't complete it.Seriously you got people getting paid by the hour to literally do nothing. You need to fire that girl and get new employees. What the heck CAN she do then? Absolutely horrendous customer service.
