Customer service is nearly non existent. Manager is more interested in the servers and bartenders than the customer experience or the business. Bartenders are more interested with each other than customers. No one was hosting, took over five minutes just to be noticed. My food sat in the window for over five minutes so it went cold, good flavor though. Couldn't even get the bill to pay, along with four other patrons sitting at the bar with our bank cards in hand. Sad sad sad.

Went to WingHouse today with an old friend and had a great time! We sat at the bar with our bartender Desirae and she was amazing. She had such a fun personality and made sure all of our needs were met. We will definitely be back!!

This was my boneless wings order for $15. #1 when you walk in it looks like a strip club I world never being by family here. Good luck with the old men that you are attacking, kudos to hooters for keeping it real. And the portions and food sucked. Sorry about your luck wing house, one and done for me!! Go somewhere else

The service was great. I was there last Saturday with my buddies. Our waiter was joneyyy; I don't know her full name, but she was working the entire floor and had a great attitude / manners towards the guest. She was very polite and friendly. However, the manager Amber was horrible, walking around with an attitude and not helping out , being rude to the waitress. If she's what you consider management, she needs to tighten up, I was not the only one who felt this way. She should help out instead of calling for the waitress every five seconds when the waitress is dealing with multiple people and tables all at once.Overall, everything was great, but Amber, as a manager, needs a lot of work and a proper attitude towards guests and the employees.
