This was my first time ordering from Wingstop. I ordered online. My order was ready for me as soon as I came here. I must say my wings were super hot, the fries were seasoned so well, and the staff greeted me as soon as I walked in.Parking: There is parking in front of the building(as well as on the side of the building).

30 mins for one small 6 piece wings with fries. The wings are amazing but the wait ruins the whole experience. The place was empty, not sure what happened. The first time we went and ordered four entress which almost took an hour. I know they are made to order, but I can go into a restaurant and order food and get it faster. Do better Wingstop.

Whether it be Door Dash or Uber Eats the wait here tends to be 30-45 Minutes. The Manager here or shift lead here doesn't care. When the female Shoft Lead is working or the other guy things are done within a reasonable time. The guy running this shift always has a 30-45 minute waits. Not understanding why other Shift Leads don't have the issues this one does?

My boyfriend came in tonight on 2/8/24. When he entered there were two female workers having a conversation near the register. He waited for them to finish their conversation and said he was picking up a Togo order for Haley. They then looked at him and stared and then continued on with their conversation. He stated again that he was picking up an order and they continued to ignore him. He sat down and waited. Then a man came out and announced that the order was ready, and one of the females grabbed it and brought it up to the resgister where my boyfriend met her. She said “last four” in a tone as if she couldn’t be bothered. He told her the number and she just continued holding onto the bag without any communication to him until he grabbed it and just walked out… I understand they are teeenagers working here but come on lmao.Edit* once I got home I noticed they were missing all 3 ranches I paid for..

Restaurant is ABSOLUTELY filthy. There are so many spots in this place you can tell have probably NEVER been cleaned. (Like the floor, where my shoes were almost GLUED to the floor.)

Not sure what happened here. They literally haven’t gotten one of our last three orders right over the last several months. Food missing every time. We order fries well done but got soggy fries. Sure, you’ll refund me but now I don’t have food for the relatives that just drove 5 hours into town.

What can I say, the food is delicious. But this review is about the staff, shout out to this crew who is working extremely hard to make delicious food. While orders are steadily coming in, it is hard to miss what a team effort it is to complete each order and they are still greeting people as they walk through the door. I am continuously impressed each and every time we come here and get food, it is like a well orchestrated symphony. Thank you for what you do, our family recognizes your hard work and are grateful that you care.

I just wanted to leave a review because this was my first time ever visiting this restaurant, and I was helped by Olivia at the cash register. She was very very sweet and patient with me as I asked a lot of questions because I had never been there before. There was one other employee in the back cooking he came up to the front for a minute and was also very pleasant. The store looked clean. Food was so so… Overall I would return again.

Waited 25 mins with no customers in the restaurant at 10pm! Everyone was just chilling and no one was making any of the food I ordered. I had a 6pc combo! How long does it take??? Managers/owners of this place need to do better because this is ridiculous!
