I am giving this a 2 star because the food was really good and fresh, but the attitude that I received from Jessie was a bit ridiculous. Waited at the speaker for about 5-7 mins was just me there. I unfortunately had a big order and advised a head of time and every time I was done with a combo she would ask, "Is that all?" or "Are you done?" I just felt super rushed and when I was talking to her to tell her I had another cup holder for one of the drinks she gives me like a snarky look. Then when she brought me my food I asked did we get Arby sauce, she said everything was in the bag and if fact it was not. It was horsey sauce.Maybe she is having an off day, but she 100% acted like she did not want to be there and it definitely showed.

I got the $1 any size fry in the app and accidentally chose small and I asked if I could swap the small for a large and they did. The staff is always extremely nice. Definitely my favorite fast food

Ive ordered blt sandwiche today and i didn't get full sandwich just Bacon and buns where is lettuce and onion and i request mayo on it and no mayo where put onI don't know what's going on with the workers. They don't seem to understand how to make a proper set of foods

They closed early and when I tried to go through the drive through they threatened to call the police on me. I will be talking to the manager of this location asap and ensure the worker who threatened me has their job threatened. I’ve never experienced something so disrespectful as this.

Staff is not the best cheese stake sandwich was way more cheese than stake the bun was nice just don't like paying that much for a bun.
For the most part the food is good with the exception of the fries, great if you prefer fries that look and taste like they were made a week ago. Third visit in less than a week and the fries are the same, old and over cooked. Service for me is excellent.

I ordered my food on the arbys app. I went in the store to pick up my food and I overheard one of the workers making fun of my order because I ordered several packets of horsey sauce. I was not comfortable at all. No apology or nothing. Told me my food was right there then turned around to talk with her employees. Y’all need to work on your customer service
