Wait time was too long but everything else was good.Update: 10/15/2023Expensive. (15+ for 2 piece fish, 6 shrimp, 2 sides (one premium) and a small drink. Radio was too loud. Staff was friendly.
Hubby and I went for lunch and when I tell you that the lady Jamie was doing her thing. She was a long in the store taking orders threw drivethrew and fixing food along with taking orders at the front counter. Good job Jamie your rocked it!! She stayed calm cool and where she doing it all by herself!!!

Went in yesterday and was very surprised at the great service I received. I don't know if they are under new management but it was all men and they had everything spot on from customer service to portion sizes, to how fast it came out and it was delivered to me at the table. I'll definitely be back

I ordered at 338pm online to pick up at 6pm and no food or order when I get there 2and half hours later but money was out of my account within 3 minutes of placing my order. Now I'm waiting on help desk to push my order in since two hours wasn't long enough!! Took my money real fast and 615 pm still waiting and no food, no help desk and no refund of my 42.00. moral of the story......, DO NOT OFFER SERVICE THAT DIESNT WORK

I keep hoping one day that the food will get better but it keeps always being one bad experience after another from here. It feels like it's a 2 person run restaurant. One lady in the front working walkins and the drive thru with one person in the back cooking. I walked in to order to go cause I had bad service through the drive thru before. The lady in front was nice until she kept yelling at her young children that were sitting in the eating area while she was working. Then she put a drive thru person on hold and took 2 orders of people that walked in. I was still waiting for my food. Out of the seafood platter only the fish was okay with the rest of the food being bad. No idea what's up with the sides. Broccoli was chewy and green beans was nasty with some weird flavor.
Manager and the new trainee was awesome. Good to see this store turned around. Last visit which was 8 months ago wasn’t so good.

The food was good the hush puppies were some of the best I've ever had....the fish was fried well and the okra was delicious. The only thing I have a complaint about is the lady who served us said she couldn't give a military discount because her boss wasn't there and he was the only one who could do it which I didn't understand. It was a good place.
