One of, if not my favorite place in crestview. Every-time you go the service is good, the coffee is great, and I can never say no to any of the house made pastries.

First of all coffee is AMAZING!!! HOWEVER...Don't arrive later in the day if you want a good coffee! Super disappointed to drive all the way across town to get told they didn't feel like re-cleaning the espresso machine before closing in twenty minutes. Usually a regular there, first time feeling any sense of unwelcome.

An amazing little coffee shop that's perfect to sit and read. The coffee is wonderful and their cold sandwiches are out of this world. Definitely

Casbah Coffee Co. Has easily become a part of my husband and I's newly established weekend ritual.Being from Australia, (and very new to the US), the coffee industry, inclusive of cafes and coffee houses, are a massive part of our cultural identity, and Casbah Coffee Co. has provided me with the closest familiar experience to that whilst on US soil yet.Casbah Coffee Co. boasts high quality coffees and brews, as well as delectable cafe-style food options, offering both in-store baked goodies ready to go from their glass display cabinets (such as scrolls, scones, croissants, cookies, etc), and freshly prepared 'per order' foods from their kitchen (such as sandwiches and soups). They also have a chilled drinks fridge for anybody wanting a bottle beverage, such as water, juice or soda, and further still, they also offer seasonal rotations to their menu which are always fun to explore! The staff and service quality is impeccable, maintaining both a professional, high-quality yet friendly and welcoming demeanour, and atmosphere overall. Speaking of atmosphere, Casbah Coffee Co. offers both inside and outside seated dining options, with the outside being in an enclosed courtyard area to the rear of the business. Casbah has perfected the art of curating a comfortable, yet clean and refined, vibe, through not only the staff attitudes, but the choice of furniture and seating arrangements.Specifically, the interior seating options range from plush leather couches with low coffee tables, high-top bench and table seating, as well as traditional booths and chairs, with a comfortable balance of warm artificial and natural lighting.Externally, seating options include 'traditional' metal patio-style tables, with cute, almost cobbled, brick flooring, a small in-ground garden, and string party lighting overhead. It just all feels so incredibly homey. As for other finer details, it is worth noting that Casbah Coffee Co. also offers:- Free Wi-Fi- Free surrounding on-street parking- Patron restrooms- Highchairs, on requestTo summarize, whilst I know a big part of moving to a new country is exploring and embracing all of the new and unique cultural experiences it has to offer, I must admit that it is incredibly pleasant having somewhere like Casbah. Coffee Co. to provide me with a small slice of 'home'.I truly believe, however, that no matter where you are from, Casbah Coffee Co. can comfortably offer you a slice of feeling welcomed and 'at home', too.Parking: Casbah Coffee Co. runs adjacent to the main street of Downtown Crestview, so nearby parking is aplenty.

When you're treated as an invisible person while the person behind you (in line) is greeted that's quite an insult. All I wanted was to order coffee and a dessert but to be treated in such a manner not even on one occasion but on two other occasions (having given it two other chances since it's a local business), I will never go back to that place.

This is hands down the best coffee shop I have ever visited! Immediately, as you walk in, you are hit with the calm, cozy atmosphere. There is a nice variety of booths, couches, and chairs. The staff is very friendly and professional. I have ordered there many times and I have never been disappointed. Even if there is a mistake in a drink they quickly apologize and redo it. The facilities are very clean and tidy (sometimes it gets a little messy when they are slammed but that is understandable). The fresh baked goods are delicious. The cinnamon rolls are to die for. The paninis are so good! They bake fresh bread and cut the ingredients daily! They are all made to order. The Jalapeno Bacon Grilled Cheese it my personal favorite. Their coffee is such good quality! I’m somewhat of a coffee snob so I have high standards, but Casbah exceeded my expectations. They roast their own coffee regularly, and it never tastes old in my drink. They tend to rotate through their drip coffees throughout the week which provides a great opportunity to sample before buying a bag of their coffee. They have many flavors, but honestly the coffee doesn’t need much of it. The price is reasonable and well worth what you get. I highly recommend this coffee shop! I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Their staff is the best. Not only was their food and coffee great, I left my purse and they not only took it and tried to get ahold of me to return. I love you heroes, lol!

This place is definitely a local gem. The atmosphere is great for sitting and enjoying coffee or lunch with friends. It’s also perfect for 1:1 business meetings. It’s quiet and you always know the coffee is going to be excellent. The bakery items and sandwiches are top knotch as well. Highly recommend giving them a visit.

It's been while since we have been here but it is still just as good as always. Great local bakery and coffee shop. Has a great atmosphere for hanging out and meeting friends, not too loud and little nooks to have privacy if desired.

This place has become my favorite coffee shop in the panhandle.I travel a lot and used to live in Fort Walton but I will drive any mile to get a cold brew coffee from here. The flavors were on point! The fact they can make any of their flavors into a sweet cold foam is outstanding.Best cold brew in the area by far. They have amazing baristas and the pastries in their case were mind blowing. We had the apple cruffin (an apple strudel croissant) and the pecan cheesecake - requires no explanation but indulging. Mind blowing flavor! 10/10
