One of my favorite places to eat or takeout in Crestview! Always service with a smile and delicious food.

Paid the asked for 15% tip beforehand. Meal came to the table with no spoon for my soup, had to ask for one. Only customers in the restaurant and no one came by to ask how everything was, drink refills needed, or if we needed a to go container. Had to go to the counter to ask for drink refills and a to go container. Don't usually complain about waiting on myself but if I'm paying a tip I do expect a little courtesy. Sandwiches overpriced for what you get which might explain why the place was so empty.

Went to get salads and they were amazing. One of the best Caesar Salads I have ever had. The service was great, as always!

We are getting ready to move to Crestview and have eaten at several McAlister's over the years with great results. This location however was not the case. I ordered a Rueben sandwich .The sandwich was delivered cold with no melted cheese and a few strands of sauerkraut. Basically a cold corned beef sandwich. My wife ordered the the Caesar salad which was composed of wilted brown romaine lettuce. Probably the worse 20.00+ lunch I have had in a long time. This location definitely has some serious issues.

Food is good. But I called to order and they are not accepting phone or app orders at this location - only walk-in orders. I live 15 mins away I knew that I would likely (and did) stop somewhere else with that time to think about it - their loss.

I like mcalister's but my french dip had one piece of roast beef and it was tuff..... potato was great

This is a great place to bring a friend and have a good lunch or meeting people for the first time.

Club sandwich was good! Kid sandwich was a bit sad- seemed like they skimped on things. And the Caesar attached. Yikes I'll go back a second visit, but hoping it will be a bit better.

Stopped today to grab some lunch. 10 minutes after getting in line we were still in the same we left. It wouldn't have been so bad if the line had been moving slow......but the line simply wasn't moving.

No curbside service even though they offer the option. They make you wait in the drive through while your food gets cold. Small update here. They were out of sweet tea they told me it would take 2 minutes I sat there for 30 minutes and no one informed me that my order was ready. They also left my entire order out in the counter as three other groups came by and placed their order. This is just outright disgusting. How do I give negative stars? Writing this while I eat my congealed sandwich. Didn't think my day could get worse than it started but you guys proved me wrong I guess.

To much money for the quantity and quality. I mean it was not worth almost 30.oo for a half sandwich and cup of soup two drinks and my husband half nachos which where not very good and his half sandwich. Could done better for less at publix

Love this place. Service is always great. Food is always amazing. This place currently offers dining in. This place dods not currently require a face mask. The deserts are great as well.
