Of the three Crestview McDonald's, this is my favorite. I like that there is only one line. The breakfast crew is TOP NOTCH. They have not once made a mistake on my order, they are fast, and very friendly. I really should own stock, cause I visit too much.

I waited 40 minutes before I got served a cold meal. Never have I seen before such laziness, inefficiency, and unhelpfulness. Rush hour demands a faster work pace, but the staff did not reflect that. The orders were going out at a snails pace. Lost my business, and if I were you I’d never go here

This store is rediculous I DoorDash every morning same order because I have no car and EVERY morning my order is messed up I have called and talked to manager and yet still no change 3 days in a row no hash brown they need employees who read the orders come on now EVERY

What is going on here! Prices are HIGH and the food has gotten SMALLER! It was a total shock to see how the patties and fish has shrank. This is NOT the way to keep customers happy! The fries haven't changed, thank God!!

Hi this is Sharon brown I just left McDonald's on James e Lee in Crestview I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese large and the burger was raw. Please don't eat there they will serve raw food and get mad about it when you ask for a refund of your order. I gave them a 0 star for bad food and customer service please don't eat there no lie

Mcdonald's used to be friendly. The burgers were made like the person actually cared who was gonna eat it. The atmosphere was very inviting back in the day. Nowadays, it just looks so plain and dead. It feels like no one cares anymore. My burger looked like it was put together like a two year old did it. Half of my fries were ice cold. And I found two fries that weren't even cooked. My soda was flat. I don't think that they changed out the bib. Or the carbonation tank was empty. I understand that fast food is supposed to be fast. And I got fast but it was so fast that it was extremely cold. It's like the emotional side of cold, not the temperature.

While being reluctant to even enter this location, I did since my coworker wanted to eat there. My coworker used the APP and had his food in about 5 minutes. I ordered via the APP about the time his food arrived. 20 minutes later and a multitude of customers I still didn't have any food. I went to the counter and after a couple minute wait the shift manager came to see if I needed to order anything. I explained what had happened and she quickly got my food. I'm still giving a 1 star since no one should ever have to wait 30 minutes for a quarter pounder meal. McDonald's was built on quick service. For some reason, I never get that at this location. No problems with other locations within a 15 mile radius.

They are extremely rude and unhelpful. The manager states they don’t do refunds for mobile orders (we were charged twice) and you have to contact your bank. However, when showed on their own website “for refunds go to the restaurant” she said well we don’t do that here and just walked away.

can I give them a negative star ? I go through the McDonald's in front of Walmart on occasion for coffee or lunch....however I am always left disappointed with this location possibly the worst McDonald's on the plane. I received a cold cappuccino Thursday morning in the drive thru I knew it was cold the moment I touched it I asked what's this she said your coffee. I'm thinking maybe it was a mistake and it's a frappe no it was a COLD cappuccino ...today I go through and order my meal and it takes me 45 minutes to get through the drive thru and my fries are absolutely cold so I go inside and politely ask for hot ones guy says no problem we have some coming up. However he leaves and never comes back again ‍apparently no one wants to actually keep customers here
