The pizza is getting thicker by the year. I just got a cheese pizza that was as think as a Sicilian. What’s the deal ? I see they are always looking for people. Maybe staff issue idk.
First time there and it was Great service and Great Pizza, Will be back of we are ever in Crestview again. My Son Loved Watching them make the pizzas.
Food is EXCELLENT, BUT the service is garbage. Teenagers at the front counter are rude and aloof like I’m inconveniencing them every time I show up. I say this because it’s happened three times now. Asked for a pizza and knots, got a sub instead. They didn’t want to rectify it or anything so I paid for a sub and knots and had to wait another twenty minutes to get the pizza I ordered and pay for that too. The owner needs to take action: I see all of the other reviews complaining about the same thing. The bad service has me one inch from never wanting to here again.
I'm not usually one to take time out of my day to leave a review, but here we are. Their pizza is great, best pizza I've had in awhile. I will say however the mozzarella sticks I can tell are frozen, then thrown into a fryer, which most places are the same however they over cooked mine to where there was barely any cheese in them and it was watery when I bit down into them. I also had the chicken parm dinner. Very disappointing. The chicken was overcooked and chewy. I struggle to even cut it. Then all the breading fell out. I just threw the chicken away. I also asked for extra sauce on the pasta, and there was barely any in there. I hope this business sees this and doesn't take it as an insult, but more as something to improve on. Sorry for the long review.
After a horrible experience at nearby Pizza Hut where we left without eating, we found this little place by searching for nearby restaurants. It was a wonderful experience for our two grandsons who loved their pizza by the slice the way they each wanted, and we had the New Yorker pizza. We ordered a medium and it was HUGE! Service was fantastic too. And they have a few TVS, and a small selection of bottled beer. We will return.
Ordered a veggie calzone to go.. good variety of veggies and lots of them.. but very bland. Salt, pepper, oregano, Parmesan, garlic all seemed to be missing. To go silverware doesn't include a knife, which makes it hard to eat if ordered to go. For over $12 I expected more, very disappointed.
Great service, the waitress handled all the tables like a champ! $9.99 1 topping pizza was excellent and pipping hot???
If you get it— order it to go! The pizza IS GREAT, but the service is TERRIBLE! A bunch of teeny boppers who could care less about their customers and don’t know the real meaning of working for a dollar.
Love the pizzas here! I had the Philly cheese calzone, delicious, highly recommended.
AMAZING PIZZA! Huge slices, great flavor and amazing toppings! HIGHLY recommend for your pizza needs.
Really enjoy the food here. The problem is the service. The attendant that took our to go orders wasn’t very polite or attentive. Had to repeat myself a few times and then the extras we paid for were missing. Don’t get me wrong the food here is really good and of good quality. I just like to get what I pay for. The lack of quality service really takes away the appeal of being a return customer.
This place is awful! They loose your order and then tell you they ran out of pizza dough. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Food & service is ALWAYS AWESOME! Our servers name is Mike, he has served us several times, he is always on point, polite and timely. Real Italian feel and taste, we love this place.
Went to dinner after looking online for their hours before driving 20 minutes to eat. Says open until 8pm. Arrived at 6:45 pm to be told they are closing at 7pm. Need to update hours online and on door to reflect correct operating times.
