We always love visiting. Our kids love they can switch up thier banana split flavors. My only complaint, they often run out if my favorite flavo (Midnight Caramel River).Staff is always super friendly.

My first time here , I got the salted dark chocolate on a waffle cone and it's flippin amazing !! The service is outstanding ! Very clean, they even play some great music while you sit and enjoy your ice cream.. ❤️ it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

We have gone to Toms several times and had excellent service each time! we went tonight to get a shake and a banana split and they hit the spot like they always do! we were very fortunate to be able to meet the owners who talked with us as if we were old friends catching up! i appreciate the very welcoming atmosphere. I personally will continue to come back to an establishment to support local people like the owners we met today. it's just a massive bonus that the ice cream creations are just as fantastic!

Tom's is a little jewel on Main Street. The decor gives off vibes of ice cream parlors in the 50's. Not a lot of seating inside, but by the time you get through the line to order (ice cream, shakes, sundaes, coffee, etc) a seat/ table tends to become available. May not be the case all the time, depending on how busy they are, but you have an option to walk around Main Street and find a bench to sit on to enjoy your dessert. Tom's doesn't have a big staff. So you might have to wait in line a bit, but the service at is great! I'd recommend it to others.

Here is my experience and opinion.I did a google search for some good ice cream place in Crestview and Tom's Main Street was first on the results list with 4.8 stars. Yes, locally owned was my primary reason to visit! I support small businesses. I decided to check it out.Well, they did not have proper packaging for a banana split to go. I had read this on the reviews and hoped the owner had corrected this. I was offered using another serving bowl to cover the banana split and use seran wrap to hold it together. I declined.I ordered what they consider a large cup with whip cream and one cherry on top for just under $12. The Customer Service was good. Ice cream with the two toppings was good. The portion or ration not so good. The price not so good.
