Awful! If I can get this place zero stars I would. Lasagna tasted like mush. Literally it tasted like Chef boy lasagna from A can. Not till the spaghetti tasted like tomato sauce with a little bit of hamburger in it. Very watery and runny.

This place has the best Italian in Crestview. I just moved here for work from an area with wonderful Italian restaurants. All the other offerings here were a disappointment. This place has wonderful pastas, desserts and pizzas. Thank you for a much needed amazing experience!

The carbonara was fantastic! The dessert, a four pack of cream filled pastry balls covered with chocolate, were FINE. Jacob gave great service; very attentive.

Nice place to go for a great Italian food. The pizza is just like one I had in Rome! The owners are very friendly and offer great service as well as good food. The porch and bar is a good place to relax and enjoy a drink as well as good food.

This family owned restaurant is amazing. The Meo with Gaia sauce is wonderful. The service is wonderful and the family is always willing to visit with customer service.

Great Food! Excellent Service!! Fairly Priced! Despite the staff shortage (according to the posted sign upon checking in), I thought they did awesome handling the peak hours! Dessert was great! Sorry, they disappeared before I could take a picture... ???

Amazing food! My table had the chicken parmigiana, the lasagna, a pizza and the tiramisu. Every dish was incredible. The only reason not for 5 stars is that they're closed on Sundays and Mondays! Missed the gelato this trip, but definitely coming back!

So yes, the food is good, not great in my personal opinion but it is authentic. You can’t make any changes to the menu items like hold this or add that so that’s another FYI.Only 1 (ONE) table INDOORS that can accommodate more than 4-5 people. You will sit outside in a covered/screened area so dress appropriately when it is hot outside. You will sweat.I’m going to admit I was pretty perturbed when I asked if we could be moved to the inside table if the family there left before the other 4 in our party showed up. The owner said it may be 20 minutes. Well our party arrived after that 20 minute period and they still didn’t let us go into the ac environment and the other family was in fact gone. They had seated another family and added another table for another large family so there. That’s the reason for the 4 star. I wanted to give it a 3 because well, that is what I think they deserve. My family convinced me that I needed to chill. Would still like to give a 3.5 but can’t so we will go to a 4 and hope your service and experience is better than mine

The food is to die for. The lasagna is hands down the best item on the menu. Another good choice is the spinach ravioli. The bread is delicious. They also have very fresh salads. The cannolis and tiramisu are the best ever! The service isn't always the best....I would make sure to have reservations for any special dinners. You can order takeout from here.

Vitaliano doesn't play around - their food is TOP-quality. Well seasoned, properly cooked without being overcooked (and SO MANY places overcook things like shrimp or chicken parm), portions are huge and reasonably priced compared with "typical" Italian restaurants. We even had a small order snafu and they corrected it ASAP without making a fuss. There's a reason they're highly reviewed.

I had eaten at VI quite a while ago and thought it was marginal. However, last Friday evening I had the best chicken Parmigiano ever, and even with few staff had very good service. The bruschetta was also great as was the homemade bread served prior to ordering. I went back on Saturday for the lunch special and was I ever surprised I thought it was a salad or soup with 2 slices of pepperoni or Margherita pizza. I was blown away when I was served an entire medium/large pizza that would serve 3-4. Totally going back within the week.

Everything about Vitaliano was spot on. From the cozy, homey feeling at the table to the fresh taste of good food. Our server was appropriately attentive and the prices are more than fair. We will return to shake down the menu but for now the bruschetta (we added balsamic glaze) and the margherita is a definite recommendation.
