I love the food ,the portion size has been reduced and the cost has gone up ...I was surprised to see that the portion was literally cut in half from about a year ago ...I would defiantly eat here again just maybe in side hoping to get a bigger portion size for the cost .........The staff is very friendly and its a very family friendly environment....I understand the portion size and the cost due to our economy ...Hoping everything will get back to normal ?Food is wonderful here .....Definitely a place to take the family ? ?

Really liked the food, service was nice. It's kind of quaint, like it was someone house. If you desire alcohol with your meal, you can bring it they don't serve it!

We are traveling and staying along the interstate highway for one night. This restaurant was a great find! We got takeout and brought it back to our hotel room. It was ready when promised in 30 minutes. The Cajun shrimp and grits dinner was perfect. The Mediterranean salad with grilled chicken was fresh and delicious. Imagine our surprise when we found warm bread and seasoned olive oil for dipping in our bag! If you are local, please try The Wild Olive if you haven't already. If you are traveling, you will enjoy the convenient location near the I-10 interchange and hotels there. Great menu, great food, reasonably priced!

The food was fantastic. The brussel sprout and goat cheese appetizer is a must. I had the blackened grouper for my entree....fantastic! Great service as well. They do not serve beer, wine, or alcohol, but I was told I could bring my own next time.

The veggies in my salad were fresh. The waitress had a great attitude. The menu is limited, but we everything is delicious.

One of the only unique dining establishments in the sweet little town of Crestview, FL. Enjoy a steak or amazing fish cooked to perfection either encrusted in pecans or topped generously with crab and bearnaise sauce. Want to play it safe? Then choose the shrimp and grits or the the parmesan chicken. All delicous in a rustic home converted with quaint rustic decor.

Great lunch spot. Cozy place and it gets a bit crowded inside. However, the food and service are excellent.

Was invited here as a part of a group of 12 people. For my taste a limited pricey menu but what I ordered, the filet, was tasty and cooked to my liking. There were several appetizers ordered and they were all tasty but again pricey for the sizes provided. The steak had a demi glace sauce which I should have asked for on the side. My wife ordered the crispy duck which was served very rare and not crispy. She only ate around the cooked edges. The deserts were tasty and the service was excellent for the size of the group. Probably one of the better dining restaurants in Crestview as long as there is something on the menu that strikes your fancy.

So good to be back at The Wild Olive! Started with the crispy brussel sprouts (topped with honey and bacon vinegrette and goat cheese), then enjoyed the backend shrimp and grits (gouda grits, bacon, green onions, Cajun butter sauce, and parmesan) and the chicken parmesan (we got the crispy chicken and it was moist and delicious) comes with capellini, marinara, provolone, and parmesan) Yum.  Pre-meal delicious bread with olive oil. Entree comes with a salad or soup. Either is going to be delightful. We had the house salad with apple vinegrette. Everything was delicious. Can't wait to be back.

The food was amazing and the staff was as well. Really felt like they were enjoying serving you which added to the atmosphere of a wonderful place. Loved the Brussel sprouts, poppers, and steak dinner. Lemon blueberry cheesecake was homemade and needs to be tried.
