The food made me sick, I believe they swapped out something to make it cheaper. When I went back to return the pizza the male manager told the employee not to give me a refund because it's been over an hour. Like, that literally makes no sense.I called Pizza Hut corporate and they told me someone else will call me. Nobody called me, and I called the corporate twiceThe manager today is still refusing to give me a refund. I accidentally called the store instead of corporate and a female staff member lied to me and told me she was corporate, and lied and told me I ordered a long time ago. The manager played off me and pretended like he didn't know why I was calling the number.A bunch of crooks, no wonder why I got sick. I have been a customer here for my whole life. I am never returning again. Pizza Hut hires anyone.

Ordered for delivery. They forgot the breadsticks I ordered and my pizza came dropped and smooshed to the side, messed up. I kept calling them and they kept me on hold for like half an hour each time. Don’t bother with this place.

SUPER terrible experience last night. I ordered a dinner box with sauces and a soda. I received my pizza cold and the box was opened. NO soda and NO sauces. I called the store and they told me they was nothing they can do about it AND to come tomorrow when the manager was there! Super unprofessional and worst store. #SHUTITDOWN

Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I have ever used. My order was supposed to be delivered by 9:52 pm. It is 10:22pm after calling the store and try to inquire about my order. I was told they had tried to call me 15 minutes earlier. Which was a lie. Because I was starring at my phone and had my phone in my hand watching the Pizza Hut app tracking. Long story short they refused to deliver my order. I highly recommend that everyone else use a different location
New new york style is really bad. They should call it thin and nasty. Salty as can be and poor ingredients and greasy. Garlic bread is a toast with butter and garic oil. Could not finish, threw it out.

These guys are accurate with my orders. Hot and ready like that other chain. Try the pasta. I love it. If my budget allowed it I'd order it every time.There was a point in time when I was recognized for ordering almost every Friday or Saturday. Good, yet brief times. I should have tipped that guy. Might be gone now.Nice place. Probably could use a remodel. It's old I think? But okay.

This is the most unprofessional place ever! I ordered my pizza last night and a guy name Sergio took my order over the phone and my payment information. Sergio stated the order will be delivered in 45 mins! The order was never delivered and my funds were taken! The worst Pizza Hut ever! If they aren’t going to do their jobs right just close it down!
