Was going to Publix for a quick to-go lunch on a Sunday but decided to try this Subway. I was very disappointed. First, the store was understaffed with only 2 people. The phone rang non-stop and the young lady was nice but inexperienced literally looking at the menu board as she made my chicken teriyaki sub. It had way too much much chicken and when I got home it was cold and looked like soup on a bun. Way too much stuff. I doctored it up and reheated it in my toasted oven and made the best of it. Management needs to do a better job training these folks. I should have went to Publix in the same shopping center. Note this is my 2nd review on subway restaurant and they are 0-2 on positive reviews.

I got 1/2 sub and my son a whole. My sub had 2 slices of meat (= one slice across bread) and my sons had 4 (= one slice across bread) - there was no overlap of meat anywhere on either. When he told them usually more, guy said not w/out paying extra. Then they packed it up to go in a Publix bag. Will not be doing that again!

If i have to speak Spanish, not my language, to have a sandwich made by your employee and i asked for it to be cut in three and your employee tells me, it's better in four, and proceeds to do so.It would only be fair for him to pay for it too?Since he made the sandwich to suit him?

They don’t speak English. They don’t fresh slice meat as advertised and their meatball subs are always out of sauce. They need to close this disgusting location!!! I walked out!!!

Space is small. New employees all the time. Someone is always lacking patience and is under stress keeping up with orders cause they are still starting off. It's just unpleasant when you order online and they still don't got your order ready when you show up. I understand they gotta take care of the line of customers but that doesn't mean push back the online orders. There is no balance here. I show up for my sandwich when is was due to be ready. 10 Mins later. They told me they haven't gotten started. You all know online orders are just as quick as the regular lines. So I don't get why it's been over 45 mins for my 1 sandwich

This Subway knows great customer service. The guy and the lady that helped me out today were so nice and helpful. Everything was clean and the sandwich was delicious. I’ll definitely come back !

My Family

Usually, I go to Publix and pay $8.99 for Boars head. But, I was in a store by Subway and took the coupon. The two workers knew just enough English to take my order. They couldn't explain why the coupon was not applied after scanning it. The vegetables were not fresh. Cookie stale.Definitely no comparisons to Publix. I have been here twice and both times the subs were not good. Wasted $10. Next time, I am walking down to Publix. No coupon needed each week Publixs rotates their subs on sale. I only buy Tiurkey no matter what.
