As a former Baskin Robbins employee, it pains me to give this location such a bad review. That was my first job over 10 years ago so I know that it can be a little hectic, but I also know when a location is not making items properly. I came here two months ago to get milkshakes with my boyfriend since we live down the street. The young lady at the icecream section was very rude and seemed to be having a day due to the customer before us. We were very polite to her and told her to take her time or a break if she needed before helping us. We ordered a strawberry and rocky road milkshake and both came out extremely watery and tasted like lightly flavored milk. I watched her scoop only one kids scoop for each Medium shake... which is not correct. Before I even got a chance to ask her to fix them, she stormed off into the back slamming the blenders into the sink. I didnt pay for them and left them on the counter. Today I ordered again from them on Uber eats, hoping it was just a bad day. Again my milkshakes taste like giant cups of milk with syrup... watery and you can tell they didn't actually use icecream because there are no chunks of nuts from the Rocky Road at all. I paid $20 for a cup of whole milk and another with a dash of syrup apparently.... It wasn't even the same girl who made the shakes because I spoke to a man on the phone when they called to say they didn't have strawberry. I wasn't able to get a refund through Uber eats and just threw my money away. Definitely would not recommend.

The only reason I am giving this one start is because I can’t do anything less. EVERYTHING TIME I come here and order my drink I have to wait 20 minute or more… I had to get my refund at least three times and their customer service from the employees is horrible.I tried giving this place a shot but enough is enough. Everything time I want a drink, I have to give myself at least 30 extra if I come here.I see that everyone that comes after me always get served before me. It’s ridiculous and today, I am putting a complaint with headquarters. I know nothing big will happen from me getting a free drink but hopefully, at the end of the year or so headquarter would charge them or something…

Hor-i-ble!!!Unclean shop and staff was full of excuses and aloof. No hot fudge?!?! ‘We did not turn on the warmer.’ The manager said this to us.. asked about who owns the place and she said ‘Mike’ but could not give us any contact info. Hey Mike… your name and your business is being dragged in the mud! You may want to loom into this.The only saving grace was the sweet cashier who graciously gave us a refund for our sundaes because there was no hot fudge or any other topping. Oh, and the quart of Jamocha Almond Fudge we bought to take home and make our own sundaes.Avoid this place unless you just want to be disappointed.

Always been a big fan of BR, but this location was very disappointing. For starters, they did not have World Class Chocolate, Gold Metal Ribbon or Wild & Reckless Sherbet. Also, they did not have marshmallow topping, or any hot fudge! Sorry, a poorly run business. ?

Not only did I not get the order I paid for, she continuously rolled her eyes. I told my grandson if you're not happy with your job you shouldn't be there. He ordered a chocolate chip mint milkshake she put so much milk in it and used cookies and ice cream for the milkshake, It was like having a glass of milk he dumped it out. Then she Proceeded to do an outright sneeze all over the counter and then wipe her snotty nose on I her T-shirt. Then without washing her hands she helped the next customers. This could be verified on your video camera,. This was my 1st time there and also my last! I even left a very nice tip but I'm sorry I did now!
