This is the slowest and worse kept Bk I’ve been to. I live less than a mile from it . Everytime I’ve come here I have to park and wait for my food to be brought to me in the car . Defeats the purpose ! Today 4 cars were parked waiting … this should be closed down and made into another

Both managers had me standing there for 20 plus mins an after I told her finish doinf what you doing she then goes an does what she’s doing an then an ignores me after saying hold on an I asked why didn’t she come acknowledge me an she said I was going to but she walked all the way back to her officer.
The guy who took my order didn't listen to me I ordered a fish with mustard and cheese only I stood there and watched the guy put tartar sauce on it and the guy that took the order blamed it on meParking: If you're handicapped you're in a wheelchair you have to walk all the way down to the end because there's such a big curb by the front door.Kid-friendliness: Nothing really for the kids to do except sit down and eat

My family and I was going to go through the drive through for lunch and before I did I went inside to use the restroom. They had NO toilet paper, paper towels, or soap in the men’s room. I had to call on the phone for my family member to go in and ask if I can have toilet paper to clean myself ?. She came in and got me a roll of toilet paper, but they did not give her any paper towels. Once I got done, I asked for the manager and she said it must’ve just happened. I said no because there was no soap whatsoever. No paper towels, and no toilet paper. I asked the manager when the employees use the restroom. How do they wash their hands and she did not give me an answer so apparently they don’t wash their hands or care about their customers or the restrooms. This happened on. 6/10/23 at 12:30pm. Needless to say, we did not eat there, and will never ever go back..

Not open at 6am as advertised. Unfortunately this is becoming all too regular at all burger kings I used to love. Management has to monitor opening employees. Diminishing the burger king brand.
