I made an Uber service around 1:08 a.m. on February 18, 2024 and the man who served us through the drive through yelled at us for bad treatment, he offended us, people like him should not be serving the public, the worst service No one had treated us like this in a long time ???

This is my first time at this location and all I can say is this is the worst Burger King I have ever been to and will not be coming here again. I ordered two spicy wraps which I eat on the regular so I was a bit shocked to see that they cut the meat in half which was a bit disappointing and as you can see below I was given the classic wrap as well which I didn’t even order but I definitely expected to see a full chicken strip not half . I’m glad someone re made it the right way but I hope this can be fixed for all the customers who orders the chicken wraps in the future . This is something I will be forwarding to higher ups because I feel you should do better with your customers.
I hate leaving the bar at 2 o'clock in the morning. Looking for a 24 hour restaurant for it not to be true

#40 A RE-order. 1st time whole order was wrong 2nd & 3rd time order was incorrect again. The Spanish female mgr fussing so loudly with customer in the big black pick up she was heard 2 cars behind him. The 4th time order STILL wrong. AND THE Spanish female Mgr made it...I just drove off! TOTALLY DISGUSTED! P.S. they were out of Onion Rings as well!

Short-staffed. While placing my order in the drive through lane, Burger King person shut off microphone before I could say how I wanted the food (what toppings). Quickly drove to window to correct the order, but no one opened the window, even though I beeped my car horn, multiple times.
