We discovered this restaurant at the dawn of our departure to the North, but already can't wait to come back and eat there. The welcome from the staff is great, the speed of receiving the order, the very tasty dishes, exquisite hamburger, the fries also fresh and not frozen, the cleanliness is remarkable, I like it and recommend it. Well done to the staff.The only recommendation is that if you could incorporate the "poutine" with fries (see initial recipe) you would be a hit with Quebec snowbirds.Thank you so much

Good food. Six months ago, which was in late 2023, I would have said this was the best value for money quality fast food restaurant. On my recent visit, prices have definitely gone up significantly. Two of the less expensive regular beefburgers came to $25 with no sides or drinks. But all prices have gone up everywhere... Just a sign of the times.

I recently visited BurgerFi, excited to try out their menu, but I was left disappointed by both the food and service. To start with, the buns on their burgers seem to have taken a dive in quality. They were noticeably cheaper, harder, and lower in quality than what I've come to expect from a brand that prides itself on delivering premium fast food. It significantly detracted from the overall enjoyment of the burger, which is a shame because the other ingredients still seemed up to par.Moreover, the service at this location was frustratingly slow. It took an astonishing 20 minutes to receive my order. During this wait, it was hard not to notice that multiple to-go orders were being prepared and handed out with a speed that wasn't extended to in-person customers. This disparity in service speed, especially when you're watching order after order go out the door while yours hasn’t even started, can be quite disheartening.I've had great experiences with BurgerFi in the past, which makes this particular visit all the more disappointing. I hope this was just an off day for them and not indicative of a drop in their overall standards. However, it might be a while before I decide to give them another try.

First, I don’t eat McDonalds and the like. Burger Fi is leaps and bounds above these. Second, I frequent several different Burger Fis. (This one is near my office, I go to one near my home and another near where I teach). This is the one that provides best experience. Friendliest, most attentive, just best.Vegetarian options: I don’t eat meat and always get the beyond burger and am always satisfied.

Leilani is the best. Great smile and awesome service. Had a lot of patience with us while we made our order. Atmosphere is great also. Good music, but not too loud. I just wish the outdoor had a little more shade. I highly recommend this place.
