I have nothing but good marks for this location. Staff is great. Wide parking spaces. Dining, line, kitchen, and to go section were all clean. I saw staff going around making sure tables were clear - which is super rare. All bevs available incl izze and beers. Food tastes incredible everything is prepared properly. Both Stirling locations are bad, Sheridan and US1 is terrible, been coming to this location for years. There can be a wait at peak times, otherwise there is never an issue. One time many years ago I even dropped my bowl after paying and they made me a new one right away.

Pretty bad, ordered through Grubhub, they had several items missing from the order. And the delivery guy never even mentioned that upfront.

Went there the back into lunch time about 1:30 The staff is unorganized and messing up customers orders and skipping other customers and not able to keep track of the line at all and then when you get up to take your order Don't listen to your responses and overly skimp on the the meat of your choice like I understand having a serving amount as a standard practice but this is barely any meat. And if you mention about it being a bit light they say if you want more you can order double . I let him know I wasn't looking for extra me I just wanted the base amount but the scoop I was given for both bowls was very light-handed and didn't even meet their standards and honestly I regret paying for the bowls at all but I didn't want to waste the food once they already started preparing my meal. But honestly this is not the first time this happened at this location most of the time it's fine but lately it s not been a pleasant experience coming here and really makes me think twice about eating at this chain. And the manager was in the line toward the register and I talked to her briefly to let her know about my disappointment and she should little to no care about the situation it was honestly kind of rude and the cashier was very dismissive. They really show that they don't care about the people they're serving there or the quality of their food their only their to take what little money they can get off you whether you're happy with what you're getting is not their priority clearly.

The new employee always gives em small portions even after I ask for extra. I also always ask for plain white rice from the back and after multiple times serving me plain white rice, he always scoops the rice that is on the counter. I also ask for the rice without cilantro because I don’t like it. I saw him use a spoon with cilantro all over it to serve the plain white rice. If someone is allergic I couldn’t image what would happen.

Kudos that they have a large outdoor seating area. The food was great, but... How can i say... I had no constipation problems after that... No major problem, but i wonder if hygiene was perfect if i may say.

Foods okay as usual.I read on chipotle billboard above the employees heads in the store.The sign reads scan QR code join rewards program and get a free order of guacamole instantly.I did everything the website prompted me to do. I sled for help from employee and manager neither could help or understood the billboard.I never received the guacamole..

Ordered two burritos and a bowl from this location after having a previous issue with a different location. The food was excellent as well as a service from the team members. So glad I drove the extra two and a half miles to this store.

This restaurant skimps in all their online orders. We all know when you eat in at a Chipotle and you are kind, the worker AT LEAST gives what you're paying for. It's mutual respect. But online orders are different. Only 1 out of 6 orders has this location not cheated us out of protein. I decided today to weigh the meat, seeing Chipotle advertises 4 ounces of chicken in a bowl. I was given 75% of that. I eat there often because Co workers make group orders, and I will make sure to leave a one star review EVERY week until leadership tells their workers to give advertised portions. PS, there is a Chipotle reddit. This is a common issue until complained about. They have food metrics and online orders are often given less than in store. Picture below.
