I was ordering a bowl here and they put very little rice in my bowl. I then asked for a little more rice and then after they put the rice in the bowl she starts saying that my bowl has extra rice, but doesn’t say that it costs extra. Then at the checkout I was telling the manager that they never told me I had to pay extra for more rice and that I only had a normal amount of rice. But they would not let me take my bowl if I would not pay an extra $1.55 for more rice. They also have very small portions in general and would not let me get more of anything despite giving me tiny portions and charging me extra

Terrible experience. I would not go back there anymore. We used to love this location but it has gone downhill. Not worth the money anymore. 3 out of the past 5 visits, there was barely any protein on our burrito bowl. We I try calling back to the store, I get an automated response that goes nowhere. I think that's intentional. When I use their live chat it is an automated system they refer to as Pepper. It also minimizes and limits your communication. Sorry, they lost me and will be taking my money and time somewhere else.

I came early so I decided to wait until 10:45 when the resturant shows that it opens as i stood at the door for 5 mins they looked as me and continue doing what they were doing after waiting up until 110 I went back to the door and they continue to stare at me as of I am inconveniences them I felt so stupid standing there until 1105 because they still didn't open the door I eneded up having to leave because I was working management and everyone need better training I wouldn't suggest eating here

Inflation at its best when did chipotle start charging extra for a little more or the sides on your bowl. Like why is a bowl now cost $20 to feed a single person? It’s a bowl of food should be closer to $10 than to $20 dollars. The food is a hit or miss, it’s either great or tastes like an extra cup of salt fell into a few of the sides. There is no consistency and sometimes the place so short staffed they shut it down pending workers arrival. I will be avoiding chipoltle from now on time to cook more at home!

Remember that the portions are 4 ounces and some 2 ounces can be added a little more while we as customers ask the employee, the meats, guacamole and white cheese are charged extra when you order more, we should be happy that everything we order exaggeratedly because that's how we do it they don't charge us because in other food places we can't say give me more because they charge you for a skimmer of whatever thanks chipotle their food is very delicious
Honestly the night staff here is horrendous. No straws, no garbage bags, and thus trash littered on almost every table and all over the self service station. I get that it's being ran by teenagers during the later hours but it's ridiculous. I don't understand how the staff can deal with coming into such a mess the next morning. Everytime I come during the afternoon it's clean, fast, and the workers are helpful. Without fail, at night time the complete opposite is true. Quit your job if you don't like it, clearly this place needs to hire a better manager at night.
