This Location is horrible. I hardly ever leave reviews but this was a horrible experience. I placed an hour, drove to the dominos 30-35 mins. I waited in my car another 5-10 mins. When I enter the store there was only one employee in there which I tried to be understanding with. The employee was the store manager and gave me an attitude. I just told her to cancel the order and walked out. This is the second time I’ve had this type of customer service. PLEASE AVOID BY ALL MEANS.

We ordered dinner at 7:33pm. We are just now sitting down to eat it’s 9pm. We did online order. 8:03pm order was “out for delivery” but vehicle was at the store. 8:23 we called 6 times, no answer. Finally got in the car to pick up the order. Just to find out a team of 3, running the entire operation. The delivery driver was cooking. What a mess. Felt terrible for them. The world is understaffed, even at Dominos. Be kind, it appears they are working hard and finding solutions . Maybe not the best solutions but they are doing their best. We were hangry… I’m sure they deal with hangry people all the time and have become numb to it. Some of these reviews are brutal. If they haven’t up and left this job yet, I assume they are in a position to where they don’t have a choice other than to deal with this day and day out. Seems like they could use a hefty bonus and more staff. I hope I’m not wrong. Just my perception and personal experience. Society now a days is no longer kind and I am also guilty of my Karen abilities. But it just seems they needed a quick pick me up.

The food was good, but the customer service was absolutely horrible, I’m very disappointed with the customer service. My poor old mother was waiting there for one and a half hours with employees of fighting against another. she said that they looked high, and they looked very unprofessional at what they do like they did not know what to do at all she works at a pizza place herself, and she was very disappointed with this do better Domino’s Pizza

If zero stars could be an option, that would be my choice.We ordered delivery. The tracker kept showing it was anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes away. After about 45 minutes, it showed that the order was delivered when it wasn’t. I called immediately after seeing this, and they said the driver was about 20 minutes away and that the app “does that sometimes”. Then when the order final arrived, we only received a partial order. I also ordered extra sauce on the pizza and there was hardly any.I ran to catch the driver to let him know. He said he forgot it and would come back. He never did. I tried calling, but it was late and the store closed.I called the next morning and was told they could only issue a credit for my next order. I wanted my money back, but they said they couldn’t issue a refund.We do not want to order again, because this is the second time we’ve had issues with this store - in a row. Incredibly, the first experience was almost identical to the second including the delivery driver promising to come back.We submitted this to corporate and all were received was a case number to “report the information you provided to the responsible party for resolution”. We did that already. So what now? This is the most frustrating and unnerving experience.

So, I love Dominoes but please make it so you can review on APP after order is complete. I started reviewing so I could send a good review but without the food being here I can’t send a good review honestly. Everything else was great except on multiple occasions I’ve tried to send reviews and the app won’t allow once order is complete which makes no sense because how do you know what to rate if the food isn’t there yet !Any way good was perfect? ?
I ordered from this dominos last night and I will NEVER order from ANY dominos again! I placed my order at 9:09 PM. It stated that left at 9:15 PM With a driver it said she had one delivery before me as I’m tracking her. It shows that she went to the Broward Mall and for almost an hour she was at the Broward Mall with my food. I finally called the store lo and behold after the person at the store kept telling me my food was in the oven still there I left at 9:15. She contacted the driver and the driver finally left the Broward mall with my food. I finally got my food at 10:26 PM. My soda was inside the bag with the food. My food was ice cold I’m sure nothing will ever be done about this this is the worst experience I’ve ever had it’s my first and my last I’ll go back to Papa Johns!!!
If I could give negative I would. I tired ordering online to pick up and couldn't. Drove here and tried to order and girl said wait time 1hr and a half and wouldn't accept me ordering. Why can't I order in line as I wait while others can order over phone in front of me.

The food was awful I had ordered 2 pizzas and both of them were hard and overcooked like they had left it in the oven to long and when I called for a refund they wouldn’t give me back my refund and the manager Veronica was very rude and sassy on the phone terrible food and terrible service DO NOT ORDER HERE PLEASE!!!
