Extremely unprofessional. I went to this location at 7:25 AM. There was about 10 people in the store already. 3 people in line waiting to order. 3-4 people waiting for their order. The gentleman in front of me walks up to the counter to order as the person in front of him just ordered. The cashier/worker says with an aggressive tone, " I'm closed." I don't understand what is happening with management at this location. I understand she can possibly be overwhelmed with the lack of staff, however whatever issue there is, she could've been respectful and said to wait as she was the only worker there or whatever the case was. She took her issue out on the customer. She clearly needs a mental break and needs to find a job with better support. However her treatment towards customer was very disrespectful and rude very early in the morning . I couldn't get my food and had to drive somewhere else.

Diana or Diane has ZERO sense of urgency. None. So if you see her at the cash register and you actually aren’t visiting DD for fun, and to waste time, you will absolutely be waiting for her to take her absolute time to take orders and complete them.Everyone else is great, especially the gentleman, King. He moves with a sense of urgency and his service is great.

I have been going to this location for the past several weeks. As my work route has changed temporarily. The service is always fast and friendly. So several times, they have been out of Jelly and Glazed Doghnuts. Dunkin has al together stopped making my favorite, French Curlers. But today they were out of milk! I substituted cream but it was awful.I have several times rerouted to other Dunkins in the area and everything is always in stock. So it is obviously this location that seems to have trouble with inventory management.
