Only one employee working. Came in for lunch time at 12:20 and it’s 1:20 and still haven’t received my food. How can the manager schedule 1 person to run a food location. This is poor management skills. The lady working is doing everything she can but there’s to much orders. She’s doing online orders and walk ins. For sure give her a raise and give her some help.This is unacceptable.

My husband and I came here a while back. And today he decided to order takeout. He ordered for him the Italian sub and for me the Firehouse small steak & cheese sub and a delicious Italian grilled chicken and Genoa salami salad, Yum!. The food was delish and I’m impressed that they stand for lower carbon footprint, all the containers where the food was packed were made out of cardboard, Not plastic. Kudos to you at this Firehouse Subs location between University Drive and Sterling Road. I asked my husband about the cleanliness, he says it is very clean ?. We will come back ?. Blessings.

The food is very tasty but today I came to eat at 11.47am and there is no one ordering food except me and the worker tells me that she can't take my order because she is busy..... to come later.

Every time we try to eat at this location, because we reside in Cooper City is always an issue and the customer service sucks. One didn’t know what she was doing (we’re assuming she was new) and the other one was treating us like we were bothering her. Not to mention our $42 charge for 2 steak and subs. The one in Pembroke Pines is 10x better. Next time, we’ll save ourselves the stress and headache and just make the drive to pines. We’ll never go again.

Horrible customer service. I ordered online through the app with two separate orders. They gave me one of my orders and then refused to make me my second one "because the order didn't go through the system" even though I showed them the email receipt as well as the in app receipt. They refused to make my order or offer me a refund saying it was an online issue and that I needed to figure it out myself. After that, when I asked to talk to the manager, the manager had the audacity to talk back to me, call me racial slurs, and offered no solutions whatsoever. I have never seen this low of customer service in my life. I hope that this manager gets fired as she has absolutely no right managing anything. In case ownership sees this, the manager is the black women with glasses. Was wearing earbuds on the job too which is totally unprofessional and unhygienic knowing that she is making food with those swinging around.

Somehow I had like 11,000 points on their app. Not sure how when I do not eat here very often. I was notified they were increasing the amount of points you need to redeem a free sub. Anyway, that got me to visit them.The cashier, who I believe is the manager is difficult. I ordered a Hook and Ladder. I asked three times to verify they would not put mayo on my sub. He said no. No mayo. Great! I asked for extra pickles. He said we don't have any. But next time you come here we will.When I was leaving I asked if they have any red wine vinegar. He said we only have it mixed with oil and oregano. I said ok. Please put it on the side. I get home and taste what was in the container. Luckily I did before putting it on my sub. It was straight oil!!!!! Nothing else. I threw it away.And guess what? I looked at the sandwich and see a bunch of mayo on it. I took off as much as I could. Anyway, I split the very large sandwich with my Mom. She loved it. I thought it was ok. Not bad. What if I were allergic to mayo? This guy didn't care. Over and over he told me there would be no mayo on it. Not running back.
