I ordered online so my food would be ready when I got there. I wanted to sit at the bar a order a drink to have with my pre-ordered food and they told me I couldn't eat the food I ordered there. They threw me out and I had to eat in my car with no drink. Last time I go there!

I’m a regular that comes in every week at most 2 to 3 times a day. After having a long day, I decided to place an order for takeout at around 11:13pm and without hesitation was given a sigh and a “oh wow” from a person named Victoria who I later found out to be one of the managers to this establishment. She was very rude and hostile when given the chance to answer the phone. Never understood the reasoning as to why someone who chooses to work in management be rude to their customers when they are suppose to be the go to when problems like this occur. Anyways, I decided to not let her attitude come in the way of my meal, but am in awe that she was given the chance to work in customer service.

I have visited Flanagan’s all throughout south Florida and I really enjoy hanging out there. The service is always great, they are attentive and very helpful. This is always a good choice.

My favorite spot for cheap drinks and good food. Bert is the hardest working busboy/ barback you'd ever see. Nate, Jackie, Lulu, Summer, Jen, & Steph are the best bartenders this side of the Mississippi. Still the one for ribs.

It was really an unexpected experience, as we generally have had very good service at Flanigans. This time the food was dry and seemed old. I ordered the top of the menu, dolphin (mahi mahi), which is supposed to be at market price. It either is not season for the mahi-mahi or it just was an old piece that had been sitting there for a while. It felt like microwave food. The fried shrimp was heavy, and obviously still dripping with oil. Service was rushed and not attentive. Will not be going back again.
