I used to come here all the time when I lived in Plantation before moving to Cali, and it has taken a huge nose-dive into the ground. Although the servers and bartenders were really great and friendly, the food was cold and the manager was super unfriendly when I tried to explain to her I was unhappy with the food. Instead of exhibiting proper customer service, Sandy was rude and rolled her eyes as she snatched the plate to take back to the kitchen. On top of that, I would catch her muttering things to other customers complaining about my table until I eventually felt uncomfortable enough to leave. So sad that this place used to be a great spot to hang with friends for late nights during the week, but unfortunately I feel as the management of the place will be the downfall.
I would stay away from this place. Took us over an hour to be able to get appetizers ordered (not delivered, ordered) and 2 hours from when we got there, to get our meals. I ordered a medium churrasco and it was burnt and crispy. I was truly disappointed at the experience.

Music was too loud I couldn't hear myself talk or the people I was with. I felt like I was in a club not a restaurant. This place has changed since I've been here 2 years ago. They took out all the booths out and replaced them with high tops. The music was also playing outside sounded horrible due to the speakers were blown and was making horrible sound. Food list was okay mostly burgers, salad, or sandwiches, not much of other variety options other than chicken wings or chicken trips.
