The "food" here is gross. There is a chemical aftertaste. I tried it twice at two different locations because I wanted to love it. I had meatball toppings and extra cheese on one and bacon, extra cheese, and broccoli on the other. It doesn't even have a good flavor or taste real. Never again.

The vegan patty melt was awesome, and filling! I would order it again! The beyond beef bowl was definitely better than the beyond sausage bowl. Tots could be better, but we will be going back for the vegan melt, and beyond beef bowl again.

I have always wanted to to try this place, I did today and the mac and cheese balls were wack but the grilled cheese was really good. SO basically I paid $12 for a cheese sandwich. My service was really good though, I would go there again for a sandwich only.

I've ordered from another I Heart Mac & Cheese venue before and didn't like the experience. However, knowing no two places are the same, I gave this venue a try, and I'm glad I did! I stopped by for a quick dinner and was amazed by how clean and spacious the venue was! Covid precautions are abided by here. The staff cleaned tables after each patron dined, and their management implemented scannable menus and touchscreen ordering devices to limit social contact! I however, took the traditional interpersonal approach and ordered in-person. The young lady that took my order was friendly and efficient. She filled my vegan bowl with a generous portion of toppings, and even alerted me that the breadcrumbs I wanted were not vegan! She proved knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients. The food was prepped and ready within 5-8 minutes. Though I opted to dine in, all bowls are served in to-go containers with plastic, disposable utensils (a great sanitary idea). I created my own vegan mac & cheese bowl with broccoli, jalapeños, and vegan sausage. The bowl was delicious! It was filled with a homemade creamy, dairy free cheesy sauce that one would have a hard time differentiating from regular cheese. The jalapeños were spicy, the broccoli was steamed yet crunchy, and the breadcrumbs provide the savory and salty touch. This hearty bowl was comforting, filling, and all around enjoyable for a dairy free patron like me! It was truly one of the better vegan mac & cheeses I've had! I savored every bite off that yummy bowl, and felt at ease with the service. The venue is clean, efficient, and welcoming. I was even waved farewell and told to "have a nice day" upon departure. I'm glad I gave this chain another chance. I truly enjoyed my experience here at this particular venue, and look forward to returning again.

This really is the "chipotle" or "pieology" of Mac and cheese! I love how there are so many options to what you can customize into your bowls. FYI, they have "beyond" meat if you're into that. They also have grilled cheese you can customize too! They come with tomato dip and tater tots. I ordered the lobster mac&cheese. It was a bit pricey ($20) but pretty good. Overall I was satisfied with the food here and would come again
My family and I really didn't feel like the usual Sunday dinner we always eat. While sitting at the light, getting ready to turn left into the plaza, my fiance saw the sign. We decided to give it a try. We were NOT DISAPPOINTED. The food was absolutely great. The establishment was very clean and the atmosphere was wonderful. When I took one bite into my food, the taste was amazing. I will be back

3 of us went for Lunch today 9/10/20 the gentleman behind the counter was nice and very helpful. We got (2) bowls and a sammich. All (3) were bomb! looking forward to trying more of the menu. :)

Meh. I paid $13 for a vegan grilled cheese through Uber Eats. I received my order and it was very underwhelming. You’d think for just bread and cheese, they would throw in a normal portion of tots to balance out the price. I will not be visiting/ordering again because the food amount/quality is not worth the price point.
