Great pizzas, could use a touch more of the toppings since you do pay extra for them. Love the wings, although it does seem like you get less of the flats and more of the other. I prefer the Flats and most places don't charge you extra if you want more of one or the other but they do charge you for that here. The garlic rolls are fantastic but I always have to say lightly baked otherwise they are burnt on almost everyone. We're usually here at least once a week, sometimes twice and I always give them a rating four to five stars.

Worst customer service ever. Just read the recent reviews. Online orders missing or not ready by time indicated, promises to fix and get nothing in return, staff in the back chuckling away and on their phones…the list goes on. Too bad there’s not another Jet’s nearby cause this one sucks but at least the pizza was good.

I live nearby and always order from this place, but I think now I will be one less customer. EVERY time we have ordered, I have done it online or by phone and the order is NEVER ready at the indicated time. Today I came with my baby, I waited in the car and went in to pick up the order 5 minutes after what was indicated on the website and yet, the man who attended me said that I should wait 10 more minutes. This is not the first time they have made us wait too long. I'm not surprised that this business could close its doors at any moment due to poor service since I have run into people outside who complain about the same thing.
