Super yummy!

I had the pleasure of dining here the other night, and it truly was a pleasure. This isn't the dressed up fancy version of Peruvian food you see at other places. This is down-home, abuelita's kitchen Peruvian food. The type of food you eat when you're feeling like you need to fill up a Peru sized hole in your heart. The ceviches (traditional and carretillero) were so delicious. I loved the aji and octopus in the ceviche carretillero a lot. I could drink the juice it was that good. Ají de gallina is my all time favorite Peruvian dish and I give this a thumbs up. It could have been a pinch more spicy from the aji, but regardless was tasty. The seafood rice won my heart though. It was overly "fishy" and had just the right amount of flavor. Also try out their chocolate mousse and key lime mousse after dinner! They're super yummy.

I just arrived from the airport and was dying of hunger so I drove by my old neighborhood and saw this "new" Peruvian restaurant. Probably has been there for some tIme now but man was I happy. I ordered my usual, lomo saltado, and it was awesome!! Have not sampled the oTher dishes but I'm sure it's equally good. Recommended if you love Peruvian food!

If I could give zero stars I would. Not only do they not speak ONE word of English but even after google translating my entire order they brought me something totally diffferent and then told me they don't have what I was looking for. Which was rice and beans. A Latin restaurant without rice and beans. Which is exactly what I typed into good translate before being brought a huge plate of fried fish, which were disgusting by the way. No wonder I was the only one in the place

A lovely Peruvian experience! The waitress/host did not speak to much english but she was incredibly polite. The food tasted authentic, absolutely delicious. Try the Arroz Chaufa with Inca Cola to drink!

(Translated by Google) Cozy place, brings memories and longings. The food is second to none in its taste and quality. The place is super cheerful. The excellent workers. Fair prices. Affordable location from various points of the city.

Explosion of different flavors! A great place when you are tired of the same old styro-food. The appetizers were so clean and a great way to start. We then tried the chicken entree and the beef heart. So tasty and layered with flavors. Rich, sweet, and flowing with different textures and flavors. We finished with tres leches....so happy and full! Two adults with appetizer, entree, and dessert.....$40 great price for excellence!

I came to this place believing it was "Sweet Warriors" only to find out they sold the restaurant and had changed the name to La Conquista. Since I was already there I figured I would give it a shot. The restaurant was empty, that should have been a sign to get out. I ordered a pan con chicharrón. What a complete disappointment! It was complete fat, there was no pork meat at all; it was not crispy instead it was sticky and slimy. The service was also terrible. The waiters came with the sandwich and one brown piece of paper that I guess was a napkin but instead looked like a brown paper towel. Then for some reason the waiters went out to her car and never came back in to check on me. I forced myself to eat an overpriced lousy sandwich. When I finished I got up and walked to the register to pay since no one was there and thankfully some guy came out and checked me out. This is a terrible restaurant with terrible service. This is a new restaurant but I don't think they will be in business for long. Its sad because Peruvian food is one of the best in the world and this restaurant is not a good representation of Peruvian Cuisine!
