Absolutely disgusting. I got the creme brûlée and fruity pebble cookie and they were terrible. Dry, old, nasty cookie. I was never a big fan of crumble but man they blow these guys out the water. Go to crumble or even blueprint.

I ordered a delivery from this place and they usually call to tell you they don't have something in stock or can't complete your order... instead they wrote on the receipt and said they were out and sent me a plain cookie. Didn't call to see if I wanted something else or just take the whole cookie off my order. Why would I want a plain flavorless cookie? Pretty wack

Overpriced and nothing special. We came here for ice cream, not realizing it was basically a cookie shop? The kid working behind the counter seemed bother by us being here and him having to do something. Publix ice cream tasted better, nothing special here with that. Doesn't have a cone option either, cup only and VERY expensive for the very tiny scoop you get. Parking is non existent too.

My boyfriend and I have heard such great things about this place so we decided to give it a try. We left our apartment at 11:00 and arrived around 11:10. A young man with a light beard and glasses seems to be working in the store by himself. While waiting in line for the next 30 minutes, people came in and out without getting anything because they did not want to wait for this young man who constantly disappeared to the back and was going very slow. After finally making it to the front of the line 30 minutes later, he said, “what do you want” my boyfriend politely said I would like to make my own shake please. The young man stated that he did not want to make the shake because he was closing in 15 minutes and still had other customers and cleanup duties and did not want to stay late. We were very upset and very disappointed in this service. Do Not Recommend
The cookies are delicious, I usually have an Ice Cream sandwich but the service sucks over there. The lady at the counter had zero common sense. I ordered two ice cream sandwiches, the lady placed them in two separate carton boxes (not the plastic containers) by the time I reach my destination, (6 minutes from the establishment) the ice cream completely melted out of the box onto my car seat. The worst experience ever. My boyfriend has gone there as well and the lady at the counter has 0 customer service, she doesn't greet you & very monotonous. I think the owner needs to do better training.

Been coming here for a few yrs now. Cookies are baked fresh, yummy ice creams too. You can make your own sandwich, milkshake made to order any combination you choose. Decent prices, clean location, friendly staff. Best of all they are open late (past 12 am)!!!!
