On 4/7 took my 2 boys for dinner gat seated right away . Waited 20 minutes seated bout 5:40pm to 6:10pm got no service bypass by employees no acknowledgement interaction. Other guest were seated after us and got served right away . Felt bad as if we were profile. My son said dad let’s go somewhere else . We went up to chili’s got seated and served instantly . Spent $200 . Be going to outback for 25 years getting bad need more customer friendly staff.!

This review is specific to curbside pickup. We ordered our food and were given a pickup time via email. We arrived at that time, called to find out what to do, waited 20 minutes with no sign of our food coming out. It ended up taking 38 minutes AFTER the time they told us our food would be ready.The guy handling all of this was very nice and seemingly overwhelmed. It seems the system they have to handle this isn’t working properly as there were numerous others there with the same situation. I won’t be ordering from here again.
Ordered salad delivered and it was old and the lettuce and cucumbers were bad.

Our server Jeffery was very attentive and helpful. He was patient and helped us to figure out what we wanted to eat. He check on our table several times throughout our meal. He fully explained how to use the electronic hand held pay machine. The food was wonderful, the bread was great, the meal was appropriately timed so we didn't have to rush through our appetizers. We will MOST DEFINITELY be coming back here in the near future.

Ordered takeout and my coconut shrimp was missing called the store and was giving an attitude on the phone for something I paid for! I was told I would get a call back for a refund but when asked did they need a phone number the young lady said that if they need to call me my phone number was in the caller ID! And hung up! Now 2 day's later still no phone call. It sucks because I always dine in with good service but won't be coming back! I'll drive a little further where my money is appreciated!

First off let me brag about my server Ledajah M....she was phenomenal all the way around from beginning to the end. Very attentive and on point..! Great job Ledajah..!Secondly, let me brag about my food. Everything was presented piping hot. The broccoli was steamed perfectly, the baked potato was scrumptious and the bone-in bourbon ribeye was melt in my mouth de-lic-ious...!!! Great job kitchen staff..!
