Went there a few weeks ago for the first time as previously was customer of PERCENT gluten free bakery, which sadly closed recently due to COVID. Was impressed with the plexiglass dividers for protection of both customers and employees. Searching for a Gluten-Free AND Vegan place to grab a snack or have a meal at isn't always easy, especially for those who want to eat with a friend. I was blessed to find PAC Pastries, located across the street from The Venue on Wilton Drive. I tried the McSammy as well as the Veggie Scramble. All I can say is WOW! Went in to pick up some ba baked goods for some friends for dinner picked up a sampling of cookies. Got them into my car and decided to sample one butter pecan cookie extremely dry said that was a great figure let me try another one so I tried the snickerdoodle which was stale.not really one to complain but I figured for 325 cookie you know they should be at least as good as a box cookie so I took it back and return them they were very nice about returning them
