Awful service!I waited one hour to get my odder and when I finally got it, it was all wrong. The person who took care of my order named Kyle gave me such huge attitude when I told her that my order was not the one I placed. She did not apologize for the mistake but instead, in a very nasty way, suggested that I should to take it or leave it. Her demeanor was unacceptable. It was sad to see how she treated other customers as well. She did it as if she was the one deciding what the rest should or not order. Many other clients complained about her. People like her ruins business. Just do not waste your money and ruin your morning. It is always better to go somewhere else where your business is appreciated it.

I went here with my family to eat some Panera bread since it normally never disappoints.We order as usual, waiting for the normal amount of time, but things get stranger from here on out.There was barely any coffee in the machines, and not a single napkin canister in sight!Then we were called saying there were no everything bagels (this is pretty usual for us so we didn’t mind it). However, the lady was quite rude and gave us a bunch of attitude. Either way we asked for most of the sandwiches to be replaced with Asiago bread and one to be Ciabatta bread. What went from a normal 10-20 minute wait went to an entire hours wait.So we go up and ask where the food is, she eventually brings out the food and it’s only Ciabatta bread sandwiches. We clarify to her that it is only one ciabatta bread and the rest were Asiago. She then gave us even more attitude tells us that we were wrong and that we said for all of them to be Ciabatta. Eventually the manager came through to hopefully settle thingsHowever we still got most of them as Ciabatta and only one Asiago sandwich, and regardless they were still cold!It was extremely frustrating especially since most of us know the prices at Panera, if you are considering eating at a Panera, This one is absolutely not it!

Their computer system just didn’t transfert our sandwich order to the kitchen… what a long waiting time here, 40 minutes to get an empty turkey sandwich. I went back to the kitchen with the opened sandwich to ask the manager where was the turkey. Without laughing, she said there was a few turkey… I left the plate on the counter and we asked for a refund after a 40 minutes waiting time.
