I’m giving 2 stars because I had never had any issues until now. Not only waste my time and money and made me throw up but it is disgusting finding someone’s hair and pull it for my mouth. This is unacceptable and goes against so many regulations

Good crispy chicken salad at this Pollo Tropical. The food was good, I used the mobile app so I requested for a pick up. The restaurant is located not far from Interstate 595, so it was an easy spot to get to. My food was ready when promised and it was on the shelf with other orders ready to be picked up. I did not interact with any of the staff, so I can't say much about their customer service.The chicken was moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. The vegetables were fresh and crisp.

I live off nova and I’ve been coming here for 15 years every single time my order is wrong and they have no curry sauce management needs to be aware I have been driving to the Sterling location to avoid this and get to get better service

Definitely don’t recommend !! The worker by the registers are Useless a lady name alril something like.. kept her back towards the guest an did not even say please hold she was so rude why place an employee at the register that does care about the customer!! they will watch a guest walk in don’t say anything not even hello, literally nothing and will make you wait 15 minutes before acknowledging you. This place was empty me an three others behind me waiting an two customers in the drive through I can’t seem to understand how Unprofessional a place can be when we are spending our money don’t get me wrong it took for the manager to ask if I was being helped for her to even say what would you like, personally I would never recommend anyone to order from here just for the simple fact that you will be waiting atleast 15 minutes for before she decides to take your order.

I don't understand how they consistently get my order wrong, especially when I'm not asking for any special preparations being made. Just ordering prepared as appears on menu. If you're dining in, it can be rectified but God help you if you're having it delivered, which I need to. Never prepared correctly, thrown in the bag haphazardly, and never given the quantity ordered (if I order two or more of any given item, I will only receive one). On one occasion, I had to place 3 delivery orders because they kept preparing my order incorrectly. I then actually had to drive to the store, with my 3 incorrect orders, to show them. The other Pollo, off of Stirling and University, is better but that's not the closest store to my delivery address. The store phone is forwarded to corporate, who will take down your info for a GM to call you, who never calls back to rectify the issue. It's a disgrace what little value is placed on their customers, via both management and corporate.
