Ordered a chicken breast meal just to come home to a box of rice and corn. Was the person that made my order high? Came back to the restaurant for them to act careless and give me my chicken that i paid for lol. Owner and manager should be appalled by the way you take care of your customers and the process on making sure orders are correct. I work in the restaurant industry and the lack of care shown at this restaurant was appalling from a standpoint of a chain restaurant

This place is hit or miss, mostly hit recently. While ordering they didn't have half the stuff I wanted.However, this appears to be the best option in the area.Any new items you'll rarely get.Vegetarian options: They removed the Beyond MeatKid-friendliness: Kid's meals

Just awful! Take your money somewhere else. I ordered a tropichop pork and there was hardly any food and maybe a spoonful of pork. I’ve been eating pollo tropical for 10 years and I’ve never seen such a stingy portion. Never again..

This dinner I ordered was at 8 pm. It appeared there was no more cooking and I was served the worst scrape dinner ever. It cost me $19.45. I am very very disappointed of the tasteless meal served to me from the left over scrapes served to me from your walk in cooler. It was cold not very well presented and and few items served that was not part of the menu for my order. I had to stop your night manager and a clerk from having a continuous conversation while m food just sat on the counter waiting for other items to come out and be added to my order. I’m a bit disappointed about what just happened. I found a 5-6 inch piece of stretch wrap in my Cuban sandwich… I felt it while chewing and to my surprise it was plastic.

Yes, got burned chicken, and it game me the impression like the cooker was paying more attention to a chubby spanish brunette female ,smiling, and probably telling something funny ,working in the front , than paying attention to customers.
They never have chicken available, I've been here 4 times already and they're always out of chicken or white rice .... 4 out of 4 times and never have chicken yet this is a place called pollo .... But there's never any . Terrible seems like an excuse not to work / provide customer with service especially at night
