Wonderful experience!!! The food is delicious with an impecable presentation. The service is extremely professional. Belinda is always smiling and knowledgeable. The manager Leidy is very attentive and guides you when you’re curious about trying something new. Overall this restaurant is 5 stars with a casual yet elegant environment. Highly recommended!!!

I used to love Sushi Sake. But the service here is awful. I have given this location four chances. Thinking maybe they were just having an off day. I know the restaurant industry can be challenging, I tried. But the last three times I went, when I got sat at a table I was just sitting for about ten mins each time with not so much as a “I’ll be with you” or “has anyone been over to get your drink order” nothing. Today I was just about to get up and leave when the lady (she always wears bright red lipstick, super cute color btw) who I assume is the bar tender or manager comes over to apologize. Her service skills are seriously lacking. And she’s been my server 3 out of the 4 times. I’d like to add that there were only about four tables occupied today. And other occasions have been similarly low-traffic. My food sat atop the sushi bar for a while. My hot food came out before my sushi because my sushi was just sitting there waiting to be served. It took about 15 mins for me to even find her to get a refill on my water. I could go on, but if you’re looking for a trendy place with a nice atmosphere then this is your place. But don’t go expecting decent service. Also not a fan of the mandatory gratuity. I always tip but I don’t tip 18%-20% for poor service.

We love Sushi Sake, had delicious food tonight. Leído was super friendly and helpful with chosing our plates, which came to our table super fast. The only reason I’m rating 3 at atmosphere is because they had reguetón super loud the whole time.

We had a great experience at Sushi Sake Sheridan! Our server Manuel was very attentive and made sure to take good care of us. The sushi was delicious, the best I’ve ever had. Manuel recommended the Alex roll and the lava roll and we were blown away. They take pride in how the food is presented, and I was pleased with the quality of the wasabi and ingredients used. For drinks, the lime mojito was excellent. They also do a watermelon cocktail whose name I can’t remember. We will be back… highly recommended.Kid-friendliness: They brought crayons and a character page for my daughter to color. Also have her the aid for the chopsticks
