Very bad experience. Those who serve you talk very badly to you, well when they pay attention to you because the truth is they don't even look at you. The truth is that their treatment is very unpleasant, I don't know if they are all like this or at all times. In my case it was at night. I plan on never having to return because an answer should be given to anyone even if they are very busy. I hope they improve customer service.

I just wanted to say that I had the most pleasant experience at Wawa thanks to an employee: Franklin. Franklin checked me out with my bag of chips and he was the sweetest employee I have ever encountered at any gas station EVER! He did not have to be jolly and nice, but he was. I initially walked in a bad mood and tired, but then Franklin asked me about my day and smiled like he meant it-not because he is "supposed" to ask. He was kind and conducted his job the old fashioned way. His generosity beamed through his soul and I instantly felt better due to his spirit. We need more Franklins in this world. I am not sure if he will ever read this but if he ever does, please make sure to remember that it is people like you, Franklin, who make this world a better place. If you see Franklin, be kind to him the same way he would be to you.

Food order is wrong every time. Any special instructions or add ons are never included or disregarded. Every. Single. Time. Options not even included in customizations for what you are ordering are subbed with something else without notifying. If you have paid for bacon or sour cream packets, they will never be included. You will also sit for 20 minutes trying to pick up your order from behind the counter which is ready but no one will make eye contact with you or offer to see what you are waiting for and if you get their attention, it won't be of much assistance either. I say all of this eating another pre ordered meal that was wrong. It's inevitable.

I ordered a chicken salad on white bread with spicy mustard BUT I was given wheat bread with NO spicy mustard. I ate it all basically because I was starving until I realized there was no spicy mustard. Should I be refunded?

I ordered 3 large pina colda refreshers from wawa and Mr.Edward was the person who fixed the drinks and OMG they were amazing so fresh and refreshing and definitely needed to cool down the heat he was so nice and recommended these drinks and the whole staff their was so friendly and welcoming I love coming to local wawa they treat me like family here so shout out to the team their

I will always choose this gas station when I'm in the area. Getting gas through the app makes it so easy and so fast. The store itself is always really clean and easy to find what you need. I like that they have self checkout, this really helps the line move quickly so you're in and out!
