The place is what I expected it to be a nice friendly environment, not just with the employees, with the customers ?. The tables are clean, bathrooms clean and the floors. There's on thing, that, I didn't like was the drink machine, it seem slow to your touch or it could be that it's malfunctioning.

Service was terrible, woman at the drive thru did NOT follow directions listed on the order and told at the speaker. She gave me warm, ROTTING sweet tea and REFUSED to change it. After ARGUING with her (even though the drink was rotted!!) she allowed me to get a drink, but not even the one I wanted that my family was able to get with their biggie bag. It's unbelievable that I was treated this way, and watched the other employees telling her she was making all the orders wrong. I recommend the Wendy's on Weston rd, even though it's further all the employees are kind and follow any directions on your order.

Food poisoning. Was at the range next door which had a wait and I was hungry, so decided to get a burger here. This was Sunday around 6pm on 1/14. Burger patties were crusty and dry. As if they had been sitting for an extended period of time. Worst 8 hours of food poising later that night. I know this was the food I ate here because the only other thing I ate this day was breakfast I cooked at home

How is this place in business horrible customer service. Employees not getting any orders right. Using either cell phone while taking orders and asking a question and being ignored. How do you have employees. I have reported this to corporate and hope the staff is all replaced. Please e dry one avoid this location. They are horrible. Avoid!!!!!!!!

She disregards me, says nothing, starts filling this large $40 order with regular nuggets. I tell her she has it wrong, I have the nuggets cooking. She sends them anyways. I could not believe my eyes.If I was the customer I would have been pissed. I have an ethical problem with what she did. So I tell her. The only thing she tells me is she dosnt care about her job or the customer. And send me home. How could she be the leader.I tell the hiring manager, I want to speak with the lead manager, my concerns are not taken serious enough because, I dedicate myself the that job. and Im loosing hours with a terrible leader.

I got stale nuggets with one missing and old stale fries as well. Definitely not coming back. Making a review finally after having several bad experiences already with similar situation. I kept giving this place opportunities and seems I'll never have a good experience.
