042823: Only good to report here on this first of what I foresee to be many visits to come. Not many other customers around 11:30am this Friday, which made for a peaceful dining experience where we could actually carry on a conversation without having to yell across the table or be annoyed by others conversations.We had the English Pub Style Fish & Chips and the Smokey Mix breakfast and both were very tasty and at a reasonable price. The ingredients were top notch and my aunt was very impressed with the freshness & taste of her Smokey Mix calling it one of the best breakfasts she's had out in a long while.Service was friendly and prompt and we never felt rushed but very relaxed. We can't wait to make another visit. Maybe on the next visit we'll end up taking home a HUGE cinnamon roll and/or some of the tasty looking pastries.Parking: Loads of parking although it does share a parking lot with Red Lobster.

I was told this was a good place for breakfast. It was busy and a very comfortable family atmosphere. I was amazed by the sizes of the pastries! They look delicious! We had the cinnamon toast, half portion. Good large bread with crispy edges! Also had the Hungry mikes breakfast, eggs were ordered over medium, home fries with ham, bacon and sausage with a side of biscuit and gravy. Service was great! Thank you Quida, our waitress. Food was a little too bland.

I'm so disappointed, I used to love their beer battered fish and chips. The fish is now a 1/3 of the size we used to receive and the batter inside was under cooked. We even went back a 2nd time thinking maybe it was just an off day. Nope. Definitely upset spending $60 on 4 fish lunches. The only thing I enjoy here are the waitresses & decorations.

Incredible location, outstanding food with so many house specialties, pastries fresh baked breads including the best rye I’ve had and an assortment of great candies for the road. Fun upbeat nostalgic vibe with great decoration and fun ambiance! The help is fantastic and friendly Marie and Kevin made sure my experience was perfect. Without a doubt best breakfast I’ve had In the area and maybe ever! Was a nice little place, very family friendly. Met some friends to catch up. There was TONS of parking. Lots of seating for a bigger party. Food was very good. Portions were excellent size. I had the country fried steak with gravy, home fries, eggs and toast. Would recommend for families with kids.Food: 5/5

I've had breakfast here a couple times. They serve good food at reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Various choices for good egg dishes. Biscuits and gravy is good, although anything with gravy is good. My 2nd fave breakfast spot in the shores.

This was a great surprise. It is my understanding the diner is in a new location. I was pleasantly surprised to find excellent food and terrific service. The space is decorated with clever designs and slogans. I have been to several restaurants lately where the costs have outweighed the quality. But, Mike's Galley has reasonable prices and great food. I will be back!

Had the best breakfast here. Great food and friendly staff. A++++ Can’t believe I found a place in Florida that not only serves scrapple and home fries but know how to cook them perfectly.
My son and I visited for lunch and ordered a French Dip and Reuben sandwich with fries. Both sandwiches and the fries were fantastic, and the Reuben was crisp on both sides, and so very delicious. The beef was juicy and tender on both sandwiches. The service was friendly and fast and it was fun reading all of the humorous wall art. We took some cinnamon buns to go. They were the largest I’ve ever seen, the size of a round cake pan. Probably not the most flavorful I’ve ever eaten, but certainly the largest!

The BEST Breakfast in Town is a sign on their building … they are not lying! The food is off the chart and the people are super friendly with great service. For you PA and NY people — they have amazing scrapple cooked to perfection. This place is just awesome.

We discovered Mike’s Galley 10’yrs ago on a trip to Daytona and loved it. We told everyone we knew who visited Daytona.As we planned a return visit to Daytona, we were sad to think the restaurant was gone, but as we took a drive one morning, I saw a sign and we quickly turned in to find you had just moved. For our next 4 days we came in for breakfast. Every single person who works there is amazing! These women are a team and they work together like a well oiled machine! Coffee is great, biscuits are amazing, breakfast sandwiches were perfect. I even bought a t shirt which I will treasure.This place is a gem. Don’t pass it by.!!

And I must complement a young girl named Valerie she a super star always running around making sure everyone has what they need. When it comes to customer service Valerie she gets a 10.
