We are a bit busy, give me a quick moment and I’ll be with you (while smiling).Is it too much to ask to be courteous these days? Seriously. With how expensive things are you shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience. Heres an example of being courteous, I tipped 20% still even though they should have paid me.Really frustrating especially while on vacation. Stereotypical diner staff.P.S the cinnamon roll was great!

This place is awesome!!!I had the Pileup. It was worth every penny, it was all I could do to finish it. Topped it off with a giant cinnamon roll for dessert much later. Another one of my favorites when in town.
Service was very good, fast seating on a Saturday morning. Multiple staff attended to us. The ambience was nice, beachy, trivial pursuit cards at the booths. The food... unfortunately I wasn't impressed. I had eggs, bacon (good), cinnamon French toast (decent but not great) and as an extra, a side of scrapple (a philly thing) which was absolutely terrible, tasted nothing like scrapple, i just couldn't eat it. On our way out we noticed they have some nice dessert options which are humongous. We did get one and it was very good and the reason this is 3 stars vs 2. I might go back, and try something else. If you go, go on a Tuesday when the desserts are buy one get one free, since they are closed Wednesdays.

If I could give a negative number I would. We were in there this past weekend and my 4 year old ordered chocolate chip pancakes after losing her order they finally brought out her food and oh course no chocolate chips in it so I asked for some to sprinkle on it so she waitress brought me some so I sprinkle it on and I kid you not there where maggots in it and now all over my daughters food. I have never been so disgusted in my life. Maggots don’t usually come from chocolate very rare so let that sink in. Will never ever go back!
