Food was great and so was the service and we had a great time singing Karaoke with Stormn Norman

Restaurant was fine overall, and the food can be good depending on what you order. The mahi tacos were nice, and the mahi sandwich was also enjoyable. I was disappointed, however, with the mashed‑potato side — it tasted more like something made from powder rather than real potatoes.

Also worth noting: the parking lot across the street is marked as $40, but that fee is waived when you show your restaurant receipt.

Me and my friends are visiting Daytona for the first time at the service here was absolutely amazing. Everyone was super nice especially Mary-Anne (I probably spelled her name wrong) but she was so helpful, informative, sweet, and very motherly ☺️

Though they weren't really busy at the time I was there, the service was extremely slow. Possibly because I was sitting at the outdoor bar railing by myself. They prioritized larger parties seated at tables, even ones that came in after me.

MY FRIEND DALTON JAMES PREFORMED THERE WITH HIS BAND. THE BARTENDER CHARGED HIM ALMOST $200 OF SOMEONE ELSES TAB!!! THE MANAGER DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AND TOLD HIM TO FIGURE IT OUT HIMSELF AS IF IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT. Let it be known, the music community here STICKS TOGETHER- word will spread. More will find out and start boycotting their talents from ocean deck. Trust me, we will all find bookings elsewhere.

Atmosphere was amazing, food was great, was on a 3 day vacation had to come by 2x in 3 days....couldn't get enough. I normally don't like crowds or loud music, bit it was a perfect blend. Was packed but didn't feel overwhelmed, I could go upstairs, downstairs or sit outside in the beach area. Perfect setup, I travel alot and this is bar far one of my best dining experiences. And music was amazing!!

Terrible service i guess, why? I walked into the place and got a table not immediately cause the host was busy talking and felt like do not want to take us, is it because I don’t look white? We sat down at the place they put us at, the other 2 tables came after us but there got servers to take care first, the staffs left us sitting there questioning if they actually choose to give us a service, like come on, better put the sign up front next time if you guys do not want to take any foreigners customers.

This place was amazing. I have heard that it’s hit her miss but I have to say ours was a hit. The restaurant is super cute. A really chill vibe and atmosphere. The food was amazing. Our waitress was great and the view was just perfect. I will definitely be going back here.

Had the castaway combo last time I was there,better service and food than joes crabshack!!!

Upstairs is enclosed but downstairs is open amd right on beach. Food is delicious and hot. Had Mahi mahi grilled fish and fried shrimp. Kids meal comes with a Frisbee which is a nice touch. Loved drinks in a coconut head! Parking is $10 if you are doing to restaurant but otherwise is 35.

Update. I didn't get a chance to follow up from that horrible visit.....But the next day was a mess.The kids were sick from the undercooked burgers, and we were double charged. We have been fighting to get our money back from the extra charge every since! Just go eat somewhere else. If I could pick you up and drive you somewhere else myself, I would! The food was not good. The fried combo platter was bland, and clearly previously frozen. The kid burgers were undercooked. The Margarita mix taste cheap. Not only was everything overpriced, they charged extra for the cheese on the kid's burgers.I asked for a sighed old bay so I could season my own food and they charge me extra for the old bay.That's fine.But the topper was the fact that the prices on the menu did not match the price on the check. Now, I will be going back to my hotel to find some real food because we didn't even eat it.
As far as the service goes, our first server was friendly. But the other server kept going into the corner to eat. She didn't even go wash her hands or anything. After picking up her food and biting it. Maybe this isn't a big deal to some people but for me,

The Ocean Deck is a awesome place to spend your evening it's right on the ocean and they have really great food and great service and live band and a great atmosphere
