I have been to this firehouse subs 4 times since this January. Every time I’ve been there, the restaurant is really clean. The staff have been friendly and helpful when deciding our orders. Our favorite sandwich is the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket; this has not disappointed any time we have gotten it. The quality always holds up as a great sandwich full of flavor. Not vegetarian friendly. They don't even have the veggie sub listed on the posted menu, I saw it online. And then they didn't have the sauteed onions and peppers that are the main point of it. The food tasted fine but it was a disappointing experience overall.

I’ve notice the difference between my subs when it’s different shifts. For the record I love the hook&ladder and the engineer but one day I took the time to actually see how sorry certain workers makes the subs. Not to sound creepy but I’ve watched the young lady pick to see Which bread was soft enough for me and that showed me how much Consideration she has for the customers and I love it!
