Waiting 25 minutes for a omelette.. lady told me since you order 4 eggs it takes time.. is just an omelette.. smh.. I’m new here and is just not cool waiting this long.

After entering and standing at the counter I was ignored for 10 minutes while they chose to only greet and help the Spanish speaking customers… the workers ignored me as it was a ghost… will never return over priced food and trash employees

The best tequeños and pan de bono that I have had in a long time. Usually they are cheeseless (because most Bakeries don’t give quality) but these are QUALITY! At Karla’s, you get quality even if you have to pay a tiny but more.

Horrible service. My Cuban sandwich came without pork. When I asked the worker to add pork as it says in the menu, she told me that the HAM is made of pork…
We also asked a cappuccino coffee and they served us a pastry saying that was the cappuccino. The waitress got mad at us when we asked her to take the pastry back and bring the coffee.
Soda from the fountain was without carbonation.

The workers were very kind. I got the Pastelito de Carne and a beef empanada. Both were really good, the meat had great flavor. The display keeps the pastries warm, so you don't have to worry about eating a cold meat pie!

I live in Fort Lauderdale but when visiting Miami I go out of my way to pass by this specific location. They have the best Croquettes. They fry them before they give them to me which is very nice because they come out nice and crispy.
Most of all everyone is always so nice.
You must visit Karla Bakery.
