This location is usually fantastic. Order wings and a 2liter for Wing Wednesday on the 18th. App tells me it 'had an issue.' So I call the store and double check if the order went through. Guy tells me it DID NOT, so I repeat my order to him, give the credit card number ETC. Order WITH TIP was $17 flat, I am being charged $22 ON TOP OF A SECOND CHARGE FOR THE ORIGINAL ORDER THAT YOU TOLD ME WAS NEVER PROCESSED. My wife likes Pizza Hut pizza. I find it greasy and generally poor. But this review isnt about the food. My gripe is the consistently late deliver. Once again tonight estimate was 30 to 40 and it was over an hour. It always is. Why give an estimate if it is bs?

I had a very lovely experience with this location. I only had one issue and it was immediately fixed upon when they found out the problem with as much speed and efficiency as could be expected and needed. For customer service alone this is one of the best places to go.
