Visited two days in a row (25th and 26th of this month). Each time i ordered “square cut” but for whatever rrasons they made it circular-which i didnt want. The guy working qlone ob tge jightbofbthe 25th makes rreally good pizza. On the night of the 26th, tge manager was making tge pizzas and boy was my 2 make terribly in addition to one of them NOT being simply square cut. That manager also has no type of people skills-how is he even a manager? I waited ab 10 minutes or so before he came to simply give me my order that wqs already made-no other custoners were in the store, very discouraging. It hes the leader here, act like it.

This place NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️What is up with that❓❓I guess they only rely on web orders but what happens to the elderly people that don’t know how to use it or don’t have access to it ❗️❗️Dominoes should really get back on this as soon as possible .

I feel like I've reviewed this place before, I'm sure it was negative. I tried it once again for the "perfect combo" for the 19.99. Pizza was horrible. It's like they use dollar store pepperoni. It's disgusting. The sauce....disgusting. Horrible quality, hopefully I don't get sick. 19.99 is cheap and it's still overpriced for the quality. The garlic cheese little things were good though. The cinnamon things were alright.

Ordered via app, picked up on site. The date was entered incorrectly (1 day later only for collection) and was changed on site by the employee. Service top. Our food was prepared quickly. It was very annoying that 1 dish was wrong and I was given veggie salami bread instead of spinach and feta. We didn't check it in the car but drove straight to the hotelVegetarian options: Small selection for veggies. It's better to check your order otherwise it will be annoying if the wrong thing is packed (unfortunately I had that)

I've been ordering from Domino's for years. However, in this location, I placed an order. The pizza was undercooked, I ordered and paid extra for hand-made pan. However, it was regular hand tossed. I tried calling, and of course, there was no answer... Unfortunately, with food, it can't be returned. Wasted of money and never again ordering from this place.

This location immediately cancels UberEats orders but will gladly accept the order via phone or online for nearly two times the price. The reason I use UberEats is for the perks and discounts I get since I pay the monthly membership. They obviously cancel on purpose, why be an option on Uber then? I’ll be filing a formal complaint.

This domino’s sucks. Go to any other one. We waited over 3 hours to delivery a COLD pizza. I figured “okay, it was just a rough night”. So I ordered again today, but for pick up. My husband gets there, 4 employees are there just standing around. No one acknowledges him. When he finally gets their attention. They told him it’d be another 40 minute wait. Order was canceled and we ordered from the next nearest Domino’s, and they managed to do the order in a timely manner without terrible customer service.

The absolute worst pizza I've ever had. We ordered 2 large Brooklyn style pizzas. I know Brooklyn pizza and this is not it. It was soggy very oily and under cooked. Rude , unclean no hair nets. There was alot more to complain about but why bother. After reading the reviews I know they won't change a thing.

Absolute shambles of a dominos. Being from the UK, we decided to try American domino’s and wish we didn’t bother. Placed our order at 8:15pm and app said it would be ready 25 minutes later. We arrived at 8:40pm and apparently it was going to take another 30-45 minutes and we’re asked if we’d like to wait or cancel. We decided to wait. We arrived back at 9:10pm and the place was packed with aggravate customers. At 9:20pm we were going to cancel but got told it’s in the oven as we were going to cancel. The pizza was not in the oven, at 9:45pm they checked up on our pizza and the man said it was just being made. Didn’t leave with our pizza until 10pm and did not receive any compensation. Avoid if you can as they will mess you around. Staff are disrespectful in there too, “can’t wait to clock out, I hate it here”. I understand it’s a stressful environment with angry customers but you never say that infront of a customer.
