I left two stars because the location and place were a nice venue, but I was not happy with the service received from Remy. He was very nice and accommodating until the day of the event. We made the final payment for our wedding reception two days before the event because we needed to pay cash and was from out of state. When we paid him, he then told us we had to stop our music at 10PM due to complaints from neighbors? What neighbors? Per our contract we had the place until midnight. At 9:50 he was walking the premises telling everyone it was time to turn the music off. He kept threatening us that we would not get our deposit back and was rude to my guests. There were no trash cans anywhere on the premises and he wanted to charge us $100 to throw the trash away. I was happy with the venue up to this point and will not return. He kept bringing up the terms of the contract but omitted the fact that he did not hold up to his end, there was nothing int he contract that said music must be off by 10PM! I dislike rude people and bad service.

We have been working with Remy at Argentelle Catering for about 5 years. Argentelle is our go-to caterer for all of our events. The food is fabulous, price point is more than fair, and their service is wonderful. They are always on time and we've never had any complaints, only compliments from our guests.

Highly recommend Remy and his team for any catering event. We have used him for small events (less than 20) and much larger ones (over 100) and every time they hit it out of the park. Food is delicious. Service is great. We always get compliments on the quality of the food.
