Saturday night 6h15. Very busy, one waitress for the whole place, taking orders on tablet, other staff bringing drinks and food sporadically. Errors in orders, cold fish, do not take filet mignon, shrimps and scallops, ridiculous size, no one to take dishes glasses away, had to pile them on banquet beside us. Got entrees while appetizers not finished. Manager absent most of the night. Total caos.

I recently went to this Bonefish Grill and had an amazing experience. The host Paul was kind and professionally courteous to me and my wife, For our 30th anniversary. He recommended several specials, including the delightful bonefish Grill Cedar plank salmon , paired with an amazing bottle of Kim Crawford sauvignon blanc.Everything else was spot.on! Kudos to Bonefish Grill and especially Paul for making our anniversary evening that more special!

I went there twice and both times was disgusting they don't clean the tables and they gave me a glass of margarita all dirty. I don't recommend that place if they don't clean there tables and glass cups imagine how they have their kitchen!

Went here with my girls for birthday dinner, the customer service was good, we were treated with respect. I would only recommend more vegan options, I had to order from the sides. Roasted potatoes and broccoli. The salads all had meats in them and that turned me off. The ambiance was intimate and cozy. We had a good time.

Have probably eaten here a handful of times being in the south Florida area but have never actually reviewed it so here we go.For a Friday night, didn't have much of a wait which was good. Within a few minutes of sitting we were given water and bread (which some reviews seem to be a major issue of concern here, terrible/slow service). We had 2 other guest joining us so we told the server that and they did eventually come back to give us more water for them and take our drink order but there was definitely that period of looking around like where'd they go!?The chicken Marsala was good, the chicken breast in my opinion was on the smaller side. But I guess some people will prefer the smaller portion whereas I want the mega portion! The first glass of wine ordered was a decent pour, but my second glass was twice as much so not sure what happened with my first glass! Somebody got thirsty I guess. Besides that the only thing I can critique on is the service.. wasn't terrible but also wasn't the best. Not a bad place to get a meal but also nothing to rant and rave about.
We ordered from the Sunday brunch menu. The sides were good, but the “grouper” was tough and had the texture of grizzly chicken. Our sever didn’t return to our table for the last 20 minutes, and we had to go to the hostess to pay.

First off the host of the restaurant Paul was great with his charming personality and positive attitude as well as a sense of humor. Got to sit next to a wonderful parking/gardens view lol.. the waiter Josh was also very well rounded with a professional and respectful attitude. Drinks and food were amazingly delicious not to mention, TRYING THE LAVA CAKE!!
