Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Disappointed. I ordered extra cookie dough. With brownie pieces in my blizzard. I got one piece of brownie and barely any cookie dough, paid extra for it as well.

Terrible customer service last night. Very rude girls. Got my money back and went for ice cream across street.

Let's just start by saying WOW.

I haven't been to this location in awhile. Whoever manages this place has completely run it into the ground. It was a slow Friday night. Tables are dirty, floor is dirty. The majority of the bench seats are ripped. Large splotches of color missing on the walls. Two of the light up menu screens bulbs are dead. And this was all before the clearly very high cashier took my order.

The temperature was atleast 78 inside. A customer who wasn't even with us complained and was told they aren't allowed to touch the thermostat. They have a soda machine in the middle of the restaurant that has no ice or soda in it.

Why would I ever come here to spend my money in this dingy dirty ice cream dungeon again. There's endless competing businesses nearby. It's a shame we like this place. But what this place used to be. I wouldn't being my children in here ever again.

Major disappointment. Whoever job all that is, shouldn't have that job anymore. Reprehensible.

Imagine I never ate Dairy Queen a day in my life and I ordered Dairy Queen for the first time last night and this is how they did me. I ordered a bacon stack burger, and look at the picture. That is what I received. A sloppy burger with barbecue sauce no lettuce no tomato no nothing just a meat patty onion rings, spit, and bacon. I know for a fact, someone spitting that sandwich I’m not sure if it’s because you guys were closing in 30 minutes but this being my first impression of Dairy Queen I will never eat Dairy Queen again, You guys don’t even deserve a second chance, I’m never the type to call corporate because I will just do a review and keep it moving, but this was such a horrible experience that I literally called corporate. The fact that they can see my order and really give me something like that is so unreal and unbelievable, and to make matters worse, DoorDash won’t even refund me after showing them the pictures so I’m out of $20! Dairy Queen is a sorry excuse for a restaurant and I will never Order from them again.

Would give this location a -0 if I could. The manager Balaria is so unprofessional and RUDE. These people do not care about your experience or handling of your food or treats.

This location needs better drive-thru/dining room balance. Maybe stop telling cars that drive up before they can say anything to "take some time to look at the menu". Some of us are here to pick up mobile orders and others know exactly why they came here.

Ordered a hot fudge Sunday with extra fudge and crushed peanuts. I received very little fudge even though zi was charged for the extra portion and whole peanuts with the skin on them. Ihave never seen that. It was disgusting. My first and last time at this location.

The people are very nice, the service is always nice but the good sometimes isn't the best.

This store does a disservice to the brand Dairy Queen. First of all this was the 2nd time in 2 weeks that the chocolate machine was broken. What makes that more infuriating is that I purposely called the store 2 times before heading there but nobody answers the phone. Horrendous customer service! I pulled up to the window and spoke to the owner. While he apologized he doesn't seem to care and it's obvious this store is deteriorating and the kitchen and equipment in disarray. Corporate needs to step in!!

We live right down the street. Ordered 2 Bananna splits and a Hot Fudge Sunday w extra fudge. Charged extra for the Hot fudge. Questioned person at window this is extra hot fudge? Said "yes" and closed the window. Have to go elsewhere in the future.

The deserts have zero complaints! Well one time the employee did not turn over the blizzard to hand it to me which is a big deal with them, not with me. The reason I mentioned it is because she had a new employee training make my blizzard and it was made wrong and she knew it would fall right out of the cup. I didn't say anything but if she knew it was not made to standard, it should have been remade. The hot food is nothing to be excited about or crave but who goes to Dairy Queen for hot food only? The employees are very nice yet don't know how to ring up special items. I got a free Dilly Bar for taking a survey online and I went to get it and left there without it bc they couldn't figure out how to ring it up. So my free trip ended up costing me about $7 bc I ordered a blizzard instead. The next day I went back and the employee had no problem with the transaction.
P.S. The French silk blizzard is AWESOME!!!

Will just visit Wilton manor location I asked for brownie extreme blizzard and ended up with two silk pies. Have received okay orders before but really getting tired of being disappointed by melting ice cream as I’m being served it….
